Loved this place.

Posted Nov 17, 2016
Booked online at an amazing price. Stayed for four days and enjoyed this place immensely. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly, and the pool was nice. It's not on the river, but about 3.5 km from the old city and at the end of a road, really quiet location compared to others. Have to say the gentleman who greets you is incredible! Came back late one night and he was still there (never goes home?!) We had a flight in the early afternoon and we discussed departure times, he helped us decide when to leave. In the morning, I'm headed to get breakfast and he's already ordered the taxi! This guy was super helpful and incredible! Would recommend this to others.

Peaceful hotel with great ambiance.

Posted Aug 18, 2016
The hotel was in a remote location and surrounded by mountains. Very charming, comfortable and peaceful. Far away from city center but a good place if you want to get away from city life and be around nature.

Resort for local folk

Posted Apr 5, 2016
Pros: The surrounding were beautiful - view of the hills, and the rooms were extremely spacious.
Cons: Flooring needs to be changed, maintenance and regular check of the facilities need to be done.
Location: Nothing close by...it is an excellent resort for folks who wish to get away from the city and those not interested in sight seeing.
Location is pretty far out from the airport and the old city. The resort and facilities are pretty. However, much of the facility is not inspected before folk check in. The air conditioner was broken in the Executive suite. The staff was helpful about trying to fix it and upgraded us to the penthouse. The wooden floors are dangerously slippery. We were traveling with my in-laws who are 83 years old. We could not risk staying here and moved to Holiday Inn. The fitness equipment is old and was mostly broken. The elliptical machine was not working and the treadmill kept speeding up dangerously fast.

Far from everything but good if you have a car

Posted Feb 12, 2016
Pros: Nice garden
Cons: Didn't have pillowcase for my pillows. Called housekeeping and they said they finish work after 5. So, no pillowcase
Location: Only walkable place is the cafe oasis, which serves all day breakfast. Pricey place but very nice ambience
Website says its 10mins away from airport. False. It's more like 30 mins and a 300baht taxi ride

Relaxing and quite stay

Posted Jan 29, 2016
Cons: At dinner time it sometimes took a long time to be served even though they seemed to be overstaffed as staff were sitting, talking and on their phones
Location: Located on the outskirts of Chiang Mai - very serine, beautiful, relaxing and quite. Still a close distance to main attractions.
Reception staff were friendly and very helpful, greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival. Rooms were good, bed and pillows were a bit stiff though. Tv had english channels and movies. In room safe. Grounds were well maintained and looked awesome but pool was freezing. Had a gym and free bikes available to take for a ride. Full time security outside the property.

Little hidden Gem in town

Posted Dec 2, 2015
Pros: Quiet, clean, relaxing and serene!
Cons: Food selection
Location: Close enough cab ride to any major markets and within walking distance of cute quaint lil coffee shops.
The hotel was great, more in a remote area of Chiang Mai but not too far from any of the attractions. Staff was great and super accommodating and I would most definitely recommend this to all of my friends.

Lovely quiet small hotel

Posted Nov 9, 2015
Pros: The setting was very relaxing.
Cons: The pool was very cold.
The hotel is small and while we were there, there were very few other people staying there. The hotel is next to a military base (comprised of an open field primarily) and a rural area, making it tranquil. The staff were kind and the room was a good size. The restaruant in the hotel is decent but for some the food might be a bit too spicy.

Over rated for a four stars boutique hotel

Posted Dec 24, 2014
Staff was helpful and friendly but unfortunately the room smells really bad . Its not just one room as I over heard another guest making the same compliant at the reception desk and demand a refund . The room is really dark and lights need to be turned on at all time. Also there's no window in the room for you to open .

Nice hotel but far from city

Posted Mar 26, 2014
This is a nice hotel but far from everything. Taxi/Car is required for everything. Food is good and the price is honest. Staff very friendly.
