Great hotel, good location

Pros: Hotel furnishings, friendly staff.
I've stayed here maybe 5-8 times and I always enjoy it. However this time, in addition to leaving a cash deposit because I pay with a debit card and not a credit card, the staff required me to give cash each day so that the deposit didn't fall below the minimum amount because of room charges. I think for regular customers like myself they should relax this restriction on daily deposit maintenance. It is an inconvenience for customers and it makes me feel like I am second class because they do not trust me to repay room charges at checkout.

Luxury hotel in Chiang Mai

Pros: Band name of the hotel, excellent comment for the users and friends recommendation. The hotel won't let you down for accommodation in a luxury hotel.
Cons: The room looks bit old
Location: Night market on the right hand side about 200m and a famous Italian restaurant Piccola Roma Palace is nearby.
The hotel is labeled as luxury hotel in Chiang Mai, after checked in the room is clean and bright and shops for shopping dinner are step from the hotel. Staff also helpful and polite, you can see the smiling faces everywhere.

Everything from check in through to the checkout was outstandind. Staff are superb and alway smiling and have real pride in their roles. Great position. Short walk to the markets.

4th or 5th time staying here

Pros: Quality, location, friendly staff.
Cons: Aforementioned room service staff issue.
Great hotel, great location in town. Walk to the city center. Luxurious interior. This time my only disappointment was that the in-room dining telephone attendant didn't speak much English. Exasperated, I agreed to accept what they repeatedly suggested to me which was different from the item I was trying to order from the menu.

Comfort with location.

The staff were the best part of the stay. Always friendly, respectful and willing to go the extra mile without even being asked. I felt like each one was there to personally help us. The breakfast buffet was outstanding -- fresh and varied. The room and pool were above average but didn't stand out as much as the staff.
