Amazing staff service and comfortable beds

Only stayed one night but the staff are super helpful and accomodating in every way! Rooms were lovely and the bed and pillow were absolutely the best!!! Walked downstairs to night bazaar and thai massage and lots of tuk tuk nearby.

Nice hotel is close to night bazaar and the room is nice and clean. All staffs are very friendly with the smile on their face.

My 'go to' hotel in Chiang Mai

Pros: Location and friendly staff
Cons: It's being improved now with ongoing renovations
Location: Close to everything a visitor to Chiang Mai could ask for - near the night bazaar, restaurants - both Thai and foreign, night life and attractions.
This hotel is located in the central business district of Chiang Mai, close to all facilities, shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The hotel staff are excellent and go out of their way to accommodate guest's requests. The buffet breakfast is both diverse and delicious. The hotel is undergoing some renovations but the disruption to your stay is minimal. It remains the only hotel I stay at in Chiang Mai and has been so for over 10 years.

Hotel was ok. Room wasn't the greatest but served its purpose. Swimming pool was very small, but good enough to cool you down in the hot midday sun. Breakfast was good and ideal for setting you up for the day before any excursions. Never had any other meals in restaurant, so can't comment. Staff were excellent and I got on really well with restaurant staff when having my afternoon beer.

Nice hotel steps from the night bazaar

Room was great altho bathroom was really small and bed was hard, which some ppl may prefer. Breakfast was really good plenty choices. Staff was very nice and helpful! Steps from night bazaar. Would stay here again!

Nice location hotel

The good: Our room on the 3rd floor on the A-side was newly constructed, the room decor is excellent. The okay: Pool and gym were on the same floor, new as well. Gym is kind of cramped, but new equipment. Pool tiles had sharp edges, so becareful not to cut your skin. The ugly: Both fire-exits were blocked! One was blocked with construction material, and another had its exit door locked. I notified front desk, and they had not unblocked it by the 2nd day (12hrs+ since I reported). Terrible condition based on this! Construction underway in 2nd floor, was noisy. Room had a strong new-materials smell. A/C was quite loud, over 40db I estimate (hard to have a conversation in the room).

Good location. New and old wing. One Bad staff

Lucky to be staying at the new wing. Everything is new and modern. Ideal location. Surrounded by night market, fast food and plenty of eating places at night. All the staff are helpful except one bad sheep that spoils the whole trip. Generally ok

Nice hotel & close to night market

Pros: Allow us to check-in earlier and upgraded to Deluxe room.
Cons: Breakfast- the pastries too hard and cold when served. Bacon available upon request.
Location: Great location.
We were upgraded to a deluxe room which newly renovated. The bed was soft, very comfortable and the room was spacious. All the staff were very nice and friendly. Hotel location was great! Within walking distance to night market and night bazaar as well.
