Upon arrival at the hotel, was given a warm welcome. Surprised to be given Happy Hour coupon. It was a nice gesture. Initially booked the wrong type of room on Expedia, contacted the hotel via 'message hotel' on expedia app. They responded promptly with an assurance that we will be allocated to our desired room. Phew! The hotel believes in eco-green initiative. So if you need toiletries, do inform them so that they will prepare for you. When I went down to check what the Happy Hour would have, met a guy. We used google translate to get our messages across to each other. He was very patient and helpful. I didn't manage to get his name though. The cocktail was nice, they do serve cookies as well. Beer and red wine was also available for choices. One coupon was entitled to one only. :) Just wish to highlight that it was hard to push the luggage on the carpet on the room floor. Perhaps the hotel management could look into it. Other than that, everything was good!
