This hotel was great that we can take a limousine bus directly from Narita to the front door. Check-in staff was a little puzzling. I attempted to self check-in with their check-in machine. After few failed attempts, we asked the staff for help. The staff insisting for us to input our name in different order (first, last, middle, etc.) He clearly was able to find our booking in their system, but still continue to let us input the info until it is completely correct to fit their system.
On the other hand, R Tsuno at the information desk was very friendly and helpful. Directing us for ways to Costco nearby. Spoke English very well and helped us held the luggage until we came back from the short tour around the area.
The room itself was small. We had a 3 single beds room, but it is barely enough room to put any luggage. It was good enough as we only stayed for 1 night after we landed from Narita. If we stayed any longer, it would be tough to juggle our luggage around.
We also did not get to enjoy the hot spring within the hotel as it was a little crowded the day we were staying.
Another good thing about this hotel was the Yamato courier within the hotel. We sent off some of our luggage through Yamato to our final destination for a relatively small cost. It made our trip so much more care-free.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a brief stay.
