Just an overall great experience. The food in the area as well as inside the hotel was phenomenal. Felt the safest I've been in a long time. The staff and other inhabitants were all very friendly. Room service was great as well.

This hotel was really nice. The room was small but that was already expected. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I loved the fact they had a conscience store on the first floor that’s open 24 hours. I went down one morning around 2 a.m. to grab a snack. The breakfast was also delicious

This hotel was great that we can take a limousine bus directly from Narita to the front door. Check-in staff was a little puzzling. I attempted to self check-in with their check-in machine. After few failed attempts, we asked the staff for help. The staff insisting for us to input our name in different order (first, last, middle, etc.) He clearly was able to find our booking in their system, but still continue to let us input the info until it is completely correct to fit their system. On the other hand, R Tsuno at the information desk was very friendly and helpful. Directing us for ways to Costco nearby. Spoke English very well and helped us held the luggage until we came back from the short tour around the area. The room itself was small. We had a 3 single beds room, but it is barely enough room to put any luggage. It was good enough as we only stayed for 1 night after we landed from Narita. If we stayed any longer, it would be tough to juggle our luggage around. We also did not get to enjoy the hot spring within the hotel as it was a little crowded the day we were staying. Another good thing about this hotel was the Yamato courier within the hotel. We sent off some of our luggage through Yamato to our final destination for a relatively small cost. It made our trip so much more care-free. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a brief stay.

Great hotel if you're looking to attend an event at the makuhari messe or at the stadium. Walking distance from the JR station and airport shuttles available straight from the hotel. Would come again in the future.

The APA Makuhari resort was incredibly safe, and friendly, and the surrounding area is beautiful and clean. The view from our oom was amazing; perfect view of the bay, the baseball stadium, and the surrounding buildings. Some of the room amenities and facilities were a bit old and outdated but still functioned perfectly and were upkept well. The care bags left at our door every morning were handy as well. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

I stayed here many times. The 1st time(before covid 19), I felt very good for everything. The 2nd time(just after covid 19), I felt good and still enjoyed my stay. This time, I felt the property getting aged. And the floor in some of the onsens quite dirty. The lobby is always crowded. But I still like their breakfast, which I can enjoy many Japanese(typical Chiba) and Western foods. I still appreciate thier transport to and from the airports and the Kaihin Makuhari station. Lastly, as the fridge in my room was not working, I called the front desk. The lady came at once and checked it for me. She asked somebody to change a new one in a short time. She is so nice and helpful I have never met in another hotels before!

The hotel room was a little beat up but other then that it was a great room with amazing service. Everyone was so nice and the breakfast was amazing. The hotel had a great walkway to other buildings on the second floor. The area around the hotel had so many different options for shopping and eating. They had a shuttle bus from and to both airports. Overall they were amazing and i would definitely stay again.

Hotel is in a convenient location with airport shuttle. Beds were on the soft side. Cleanliness can be improved. There were marks and stains on their tables and walls. Area was quiet and had a view of Mount Fuji from the East wing.

APA Hotel review
The room was very cold upon arrival and the air-con centralised so no one can change the temperature. This made it uncomfortable to live in. The desk surfaces were not clean and the room did not smell good.

今回、外国からの来訪者対応のために宿泊しました。来訪者がスムーズにチェックインできるよう、事前にパスポートのコピーなどを提出し、時間が必要以上にかからないよう依頼しましたが、結局1時間近く確認などで要しました。幕張メッセなどへのアクセスが良いが故に改善されれば良い選択肢となるかと思います。
