Front desk staff has poor customer service.

The hotel is nice, clean... good location. The bad, however, is the front desk staff. I was horrified at their bad attitude. They simply refused to give me a receipt for my room. When I explained I needed receipt so my company would pay, they refused. They said I had to get it from expedia. I asked to speak to a manager and was told he the guy I was speaking with was in charge that day. It is outrageous that a hotel, where the bill is paid if full -- by me, expedia, or santa claus -- cannot give me proof that the room has been paid for. The guy could care less and just stared at me with a general "f*** you" attitude. I left the hotel very angry and disgusted. What a shame, because otherwise it is a nice, clean hotel near the airport. Other Hilton's I have stayed at around the world gladly have given me a receipt, even when booked on expedia. I will NEVER return to this hotel.
