Older hotel and still in good condition. I’m sure it was glorious when it was first built with a large lobby. It is located near terminal 2 at Narita airport and they offer free shuttle bus service that arrives at Narita 15 min pass the hour and then 30 min. Pass the hour. There is a 711 shop in the lobby that sell everything you may need. Free Wi-Fi if you have a Hilton honor number. Staff is extremely helpful and caring. If you arrive late at Narita, this place maybe an option.

The center display they had in the hotel was absolutely beautiful! Check in, check out, and dining all went smoothly. All staff was very friendly!

The room is dated but clean. Bathroom needs updating. Room service is 24 hrs. There is a 711 shop at the hotel lobby which is very convenient.

This hotel is mostly used by transit passengers from the airport. As such it provides a reasonable room at a reasonable price. The only reason NOT to stay here is that it brings the usual low quality hotel dining to a new low. I have eaten here before and this time I choose the dinner buffet. While it was toward the end of the buffet schedule, they were still accepting diners. But they made no attempt to refill empty trays of food and most of the food looked like it had been left for hours and dried out and had to be scraped off the bottom of the pot with a fork. What was left was cold or tasteless. For the pleasure of this I paid $50 USA. I have never recommended avoiding a hotel due to bad food, but in this case I do.

Very good stay at Hilton. Disappointing that you have to pay extra for the swimming pool/sauna. This should be included in the hotel fee. Otherwise no issues. Nice drinks at the recently opened bar.

The hotel is clean and all the staff very nice. The hotel is fine for one night but I would not qualify this as a five star. Only one restaurant open and if you stayed longer then one night you had to ask for your room to be cleaned. We did sign up for the Hilton Card which did give up free wifi in our room but if we didn’t we would have had to pay. Not five star service.

This hotel is for people on a layover or resting between flights or some other reason for being close to the airport. The hotel is clean. The staff are helpful. However, the interesting restaurants were closed. The service in the restaurant was not good. One order--a salad--took forever to come. And the staff starts taking away food five minutes prior to the end of the breakfast time. I understand one cannot come after ten. But, if one comes at 9:30 and is still rushed, that is not good.

Only stayed here the night before our departure from Japan. I booked it for the free airport shuttle service. They have both pickup and return which is very convenient for those arriving as well. The breakfast buffet was amazing! The food was delicious and there were so many options. With the option of a chef cooking your eggs in your desired style, which is always a plus for me. The check in process was very simple and the staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel is very nice and would stay here again.

Nice hotel and amenities. Breakfast buffet was great. The restaurants and bar were temporarily closed while we were there plus the hotel was doing something with the electrical system so we had to be out of the hotel for a certain number of hours during the day because there was no power so those things were disappointing. Overall it’s a nice hotel however.

The rooms were very nice. I was surprised to find the restaurant pricey but there was a 7-11 store to pick up alternate meal items, if necessary. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean.

There was only one restaurant open and I had the corn soup that only mildly tasting like a corn soup and the Caesar salad with brick-like sliced garlic bread which tasted like three days old. I didn’t enjoy that.

Great airport hotel
Excellent airport hotel! Free shuttle. Buffet breakfast is 5 star!!! I prepaid and it was a great deal. Overall a super place to spend the night.

Worst Hilton anywhere
I am sorry to say that this is the worst Hilton hotel I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. It is seriously in need of updating. Our room was reasonably up-to-date, but there was a tub with a a shower curtain instead of a walk in shower the whole property is still stuck in the 1980s. No bar, and the restaurant was closed for restoration. The café food was lousy. I selected this hotel because of the brand, but I guess I should have looked more closely.
