After initial experience with Crown Plaza Hotel at Narita airport which was below my standards (worn out furniture, expensive restaurant option), staying at Niko Narita was a refreshing experience. Room was modern, comfortable and clean; staff was courteous; there were many shops for last minute souvenir shopping and alternatives for eating including a convenience store where you can get good heated food if you are traveling solo; internet facilities (with printing) were also available.

Everything was good. I would skip the breakfast at the hotel and rather take it at the airport.
The only issue is that expedia does not answer my email to them. So if anything goes wrong...that's really is too bad!

Nice hotel, very courteous staff, and nice rooms. We wanted a room with a view of the water, but we received a view of Disney. It was still nice as we saw the parks lit up at night and fireworks. There is a area behind the hotel property that has a view of the water with benches. Not a far walk and very nice. Beware of overpriced restaurants! The food is definitely delicious though (we ate in the Asian buffet) Room service is also charged to your room and no ice machine was found near our room or the elevators, but a bucket and prongs were supplied. Also, only 2 body towels were given to us so we had to ask for more! Two buses can take you to JR Maihama Station (Disneyland/station to go throughout Japan by train) or to Bayside Station (Disneysea (or Disneyland) - the monorails cost money btw!!). The buses are free, and run on loop. The bus to Maihama takes significantly longer because Bayside Station is within walking distance of the hotel while Maihama is on the opposite side of the resort. Overall the trip was very pleasant and I definitely did not want to leave! I definitely will comeback and stay in that hotel for Disney!

We got this because it is a short walk to the monorail to Tokyo Disney. And I will say that allot of the better reservations were full. That being said this is a great hotel, and there are only a couple things that bothered me:
1. The room had three double beds, with two of them together to make a sort-of king size bed, why?
2. The beds were honestly not very comfortable
3. As other reviews have stated, the hotel is probably coming due for a renovation. I will say it is not that bad, but you can see it if you look for it. But other than that the place is fancy and was probably spectacular when it was new. They were actually celebrating their 30th anniversary when we were there.
Besides that, the hotel staff was good to great, very helpful with storing luggage and anything else we needed.
We paid basically $100 for two adults and two children to eat at the breakfast buffet, but it was very good with a guy making omelets and and wide selection of both asian and western options for breakfast.
Overall I would recommend this hotel and I would say we got slightly more than the value we paid.
