I like that there was free shuttle service to the airport but I don't like the schedule about the bus thet going to Tokyo station, the last one was taking off at 630 pm.

The staff were very kind and helpful and the buffet was delicious. Great place to stay your first or last night when you want to be close to the airport.

This hotel is very far from restaurants, there shuttle bus times are very limited as well, breakfast is not worth the money , very limited and they dot replenish the items , tv has no English tv, the bathroom is like a airplane bathrooms and rooms are very small and no air conditioning

Perhaps it was due to it being my first time experiencing Japan but I will tell you this it was a very memorable one that I will not forget. The staff were always helpful, smiling, and accommodating. Their customs made me feel very comfortable and has a great sense of respect for the establishment, as well as myself. I love the atmosphere and the places they have their own shuttles go to so that you can experience their culture and country are amazing. I have never felt in my life at such peace than when I came to Japan. Everything was beautiful and an experience I will take with me forever.

The staff was very friendly, Most of them spoke English and there were several eateries that was within a 5 minute walk. The train station was across the street.

The staff were excellent. Always top notch customer service in Japan. Chrisel, Ace, and Mr. Abe were very friendly and helpful. The Housekeepers were also so professional and quick to assist. I wouldn't stay again though. There's just not enough to do in the area. The Hot Springs were fun but after a couple of times it got boring. It's not the Hotel's fault and it's just a bit dead in the area. Nothing close enough to walk to and entertain yourself with.

The unique thing about this place is that they have spacious rooms and hotspring amusement park bext door. I would be appreciated if they note that the hotspring place is cloaed on mondays prior as most of people like us was interested in staying in the hotel and using the hotspring facility next door.

Rather than paying high in city you can plan 2 hours a day then you can stay here and very convenient to transfer from the hotel but need to be careful if you miss the bus. In case you miss the bus you can travel by metro to the hotel with a metro pass / JR pass. If you have a JR pass you can book here because you have zero transportation cost.

Nice hotel, and friendly staff, but it's in the middle of nowhere. There are almost no restaurants and stores in the area.

Breakfast is great! Spa was great but it’s outside the building of the hotel. It’s hard to walk back from after finishing at the spa especially if the weather is bad. If there is a cover for people walking that would be really helpful.

成田空港近くで2週間の滞在を予定していたため、施設の充実したラディソンを選択しました。以下の点で評価を下げました。 １．朝食のオプションが10時半までビュッフェしかない。普通の和定食が食べたいだけなのに、ビュッフェだと2000円以上も払わなくてはいけないので、これには閉口。ビュッフェに際してはわざわざ手袋までして自分で食事を取りに行かなくてはならないのに、フルサービスのアラカルトよりも高い値段設定というのが理解できない。 10時半からはもっと安いアラカルトになるのだが、自分は米国時間に合わせて仕事しながらの滞在だったため、朝10時半には就寝しており、この朝食対応には本当に困った。コロナ対応でルームサービスも中止されていた。 ２．新聞のサービスがなく、コロナ対応でホテル内の売店も閉鎖の為、朝刊を買うのにコンビニまで片道15分歩かなくてはならない。ホテル内のどこにも新聞が置かれていないし、販売もない。 ３．部屋の椅子が机の高さに対して低すぎて、2週間のデスクワークで腰が痛くなった。最終的にはビジネスセンターから高低調節のできる椅子を拝借して用いた。「ビジネスルーム」という割に、部屋も暗く、仕事するにはあまり適していない。 事前にこれらの情報展開がなかったので予約したが、もし知っていたら他を予約したと思う。

We booked for 2 adults and 1 child (7), WOTIF gave us the options, what we didn't realise was that the room had 1 queen bed, so we didn't fit. Thankfully the staff where understanding and we agreed on a comprise. Disappointed in WOTIF but the staff excelled.
