The service here was very efficient. Having spas (indoor and outdoor public baths) in each tower was excellent to relax at the beginning and end of each day. The pizza place in the main lobby was surprisingly delicious and reasonably priced. We stayed here to finish off our trip in a more relaxed ...
Like so many other airport hotel, this one is clean and very close to the terminal (5 minutes ride). So close to the airport the that the view is the runway ! Great Japonese public bath with sauna.Room is standard, well equiped.
Conveniently located near Narita & reached by shuttle van, this hotel offers very comfortable, quiet rooms, excellent food & customer service and an outstanding pool, sauna and traditional Japanese bath. Be aware that you may be paying additional fees for wireless and pool privileges.
We stayed here for 3 nights. Checking in went very well. We booked a standard room but somehow our room was upgraded to a family room with 5 beds. Everyone has their own bed & the room was very spacious. The carpet in the hallway was a bit outdated & looked tried. The staff are friendly & very helpful. ...
Comfy spacious room (double twin) with plenty space for suitcases and dining in the room. Bathroom was new and clean. Amenities present but not lavish. No coffee or black tea in the room. Excellent pool/spa/onsen/sauna for a small extra charge. Free airport shuttle bus. Great for a layover!!
Very quiet and relaxing place to stay. Transportation from hotel to Narita Station was convenient for us to take trains to Tokyo, Mt Fuji and Yokohama. 10 mins by taxi to a Roman Catholic Church and a Spa (5 minutes walking distance). Hotel's shuttle bus brings guests to Aeon Shopping Mall including ...
Since I'm pregnant and has a baby their shuttle service that goes back and forth from maihama station/disneyland to hotel is very useful. We were able to try their lunch buffet and we enjoyed it despite limited selection. Room' view was superb. Beach and we can see the tip of the mt. Fuji. We choose ...
I booked this hotel for the 4th of July weekend. The staff was friendly & helpful. We have a 4 yo so the convenience store in the lobby was fabulous and the gift store was perfect for any last minute souvenirs we needed. The hotel is close enough to walk to the park train, but the hotel shuttle is ...
It is located just opposite the Bayview station, very convenient. The bathroom is spacious with a big tub. They cater to kids by providing stool in the bathroom, bedroom slippers, kids toothbrush. My kids love Okura and will want to return again..
APA Hotel in Yachiyo Chiba was exactly as expected for an APA hotel: very small room, but very clean and modern. This location was about half way between the Airport and Tokyo, so not very convenient, but not bad, either. Overall fine for a few nights as a business traveller.
Location is convenient that’s close to major train stations. There are even free shuttle buses running between the station and the hotel. Room is very spacious. Bathtub is clean. It is an old hotel, but it is in good conditions.
Can't really complain, it is a CAPSULE hotel. It is an outdated building. Very hard to find the hotel. I almost gave up looking for it. Nobody knew where it was
This is the second time I've stayed at a Dormy Inn and they're honestly a great choice if you don't want to drop a ton of money on a ryokan. The Dormy Inns tend to have a good mix of Japanese traditional hotel amenities - like the public hot spring / baths, breakfasts with a bit of local fare mixed ...
It was nice experience and relaxing hotel stay. It would be great if the front staff is stronger in their english for us to better communicate but the overall service was good. Will visit there again in future.
