La Ubicación Excelente, la relación costo calidad excelente, solicite limpieza en la habitación que me correspondía y no lo hicieron, el personal de recepción la mayoría excelente con la excepción de alguno que Se les olvida que su trabajo es atender al público, interesante que el hotel facilite a los turistas una ruta a pies de los puntos turísticos y cómo usar los diferentes transporte, cuando preguntaba por algún lugar o cómo llegar nadie sabía nada.... El desayuno son 15$ para salir de paso tómelo pero si dispones de más tiempo puedes comer mejor en algún restaurante al rededor, porque no es nada del otro mundo el mismo desayuno que ofrecen los hoteles con desayuno incluido ...

Excellent location, hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The room (especially the bathroom) need some small fixes: e.g. the toilet paper holder was broken and you could see crack on the wall. The coffee maker looked dirty.

Seguramente no vuelva a ese hotel
La reserva (para 6 personas) estaba sold out y nos reacomodaron en una habitación con una cama king y un sofá supletorio (repito, para una reserva de 6 personas). Nos ofrecieron descuento sobre la tarifa de la nueva habitacion. Todavía estoy a la espera de noticias por parte del hotel de reembolso y nuevos cobros.

No te confíes porque diga Marriot
No creo volver a hospedarme en este hotel. Reconozco su excelente ubicación pero tanto su atención al huésped como la limpieza dejan mucho que desear. Pensé tontamente que por tener el nombre Marriot respaldando este hotel, sería garantía pero fue decepcionante.desde el check in hasta el check out fue de pena. La noche que llegamos no había nadie en el front desk y cuando apareció la señorita que nos atendió, parecía no estar de muy buen humor. Nadie nos explicó que solamente se tiene derecho a 1 día de limpieza del cuarto y qué hay que solicitarla, qué hay que sacar la basura y toallas sucias cada día para poder tener el cuarto limpio y también tienes que solicitar cada día los amenities si es que los necesitas. Quieres café o necesitas un vaso o un plato? Baja por ello. Jabón en barra? Se les agotó por 2 días, cuando hubo nos lo dieron. Y cuando nos tocó limpieza del cuarto, se realizó de madera mediocre. Nuestros cabellos seguían en el piso después de “haber limpiado “; la jabonera seguía con los restos de jabón pegado, etc. Cama y almohadas terriblemente duras. Si eres un huésped frecuente de Marriot no dudes ( como me pasó a mi) en pagar el doble pero tener unas vacaciones confortables en un ambiente limpio y donde tienes una buena atención…. Marriot Downtown Michigan Avenue es la opción garantizada.

Terrible servicio La habitación no tenía agua caliente entonces me tuviero que cambiar de habitación La nueva habitación no servía la caja fuerte No pusieron agua en la habitación No tienen computadora en servicio de los huéspedes y cuándo pedí que me hicieran llegar un archivo que tenía que enviar se negaron Por último el estacionamiento es carísimo

Our room was perfect, spacious and clean. Don’t be fooled when they say they have a restaurant on site. The bar/restaurant is a small extremely limited menu of about 5 items. The location of the hotel is thankfully located near Shake Shack, and other restaurants. We also found the Bally casino which was a plus!

Friendly with easy check in. Staff checked people entering the lobby for keys to ensure security. Given we were downtown, it was a bit noisy at night but thankfully we were on the top floor. We returned on our last evening and spent time in the lounge. We brought food back and were able to eat in the lounge. Our bartender was fabulous. We could also stay an hour after the bar closed at 11.

This hotel wasn’t anything great. Yes the location is good but there are other hotels that are better within the similar area. The overall property needs A LOT OF Work and the floors were very dirty. There were holes and stains on our comforter . The first night barely could sleep bc the sheets and comforter were so itchy. And when we ask for new sheets and pillow cases it took them HOURS. The staff is not helpful at all and don’t care about the guests experience. The WiFi is awful could barely watch TV or even be on your phone with the wifi connected. Also the breakfast is 17$ for one person. It’s way too overpriced and there was not many options. It was our first time coming here and it’s the last time!

Location was great.. the staff was very friendly and accommodating.. we came in at 4 am and they provided my family and I early check in which was perfect. We were so grateful. The hotel was average nothing fancy but was perfect for what we needed..
