Staff was rude. Pretty sure they stole some stuff from my room when I went out.

Not well maintained

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Cleanliness
Non-smoking but had an ashtray in the room. Wiped down, but definitely not cleaned. Staff would not honor a refund when I wanted to cancel my second night, but Expedia did, thanks Expedia.

we are sorry u had bad experienced. ash tray in the room bcos people still smoke in non smoking room, and put cig butts on carpet and bed everywhere. we cant cancel, expedia has to do it.we will fix the issues.

Horrible place ... I asked for a nonsmoking room and the place smelled as if they had just finished smoking a full carton of cigarettes ... if I was alone I would of not minded but my wife was not happy at all

Horrible experience

Front desk employee was rude, the heating system in my room was broken and freezing cold. I told the guy at the desk and he just shrugged his shoulders and said "idk what to tell you" Definitely won't be staying here again.

The customer service was the worst I've ever had! The room smelled horribly, and there was visible dirt in the bathroom on the tub.

Filthy

Should be closed and obliged to comply with the standards of hygiene and maintenance required by the authorities. Bed linen is not changed after each guest leaves. The smell of nicotine is strong, sharp and annoying. This is a hotel for couples of passage. It is not a family hotel, or for people who are passing through town for business or tourism.Expedia should and must take this hotel from its liststill of hotels. The rate posted is fraudulent and deceiving . Next time in the area if there is. O other hotel I would prefer to sleep in my car rather than stay in this filthy cesspool.
