Good value.Posted Nov 20, 2015
Best value in the area for the price. Hotel was being renovated, so there was some inconvenience. The room was fine. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Nice Hotel Close to Trade ShowPosted Nov 13, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness. Proximity to trade show. Shoeless Joes
Cons: There was a lot of renovation going on, so the improvements are being made. My shower faucet did not turn far enough to get hot water.
Location: Shoeless Joes restaurant is amazing.
This is the 2nd year in a row that I have stayed here. It is close to the Donald E convention center where I attend a trade show. The room was clean. I really enjoy eating at Shoeless Joes as well.

Nice accommodations without breaking the bankPosted Sep 30, 2015
Pros: Location...it was close to everything!
Location: Allstate Arena, Shopping, Restaurants, Airport
We arrived 1-1/2 early, but were able to get an early check-in. Our room was on the newly renovated 3rd Floor. The room was spacious and the bed (king) was comfortable. There were extra blankets and pillows in the closet. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Once the renovations are complete, I'm confident this hotel will receive better reviews. I would stay here again.

Best Western O'HarePosted Sep 22, 2015
Very slow check in time - one other couple ahead of me who were already checked in and they chatted for 20 minutes with the only check in clerk. First room was on first floor - very old and worn - window didn't lock. Parking lot was flooded due to a storm the evening before.

Flight cancelled? This will do.Posted Sep 19, 2015
Stuck overnight at O'Hare? Best Western Rosemont isn't fancy, and it's age is showing, but staff is helpful, the shuttle is free, and the rooms are clean.

Bathrooms WAY too small.Posted Sep 1, 2015
Pros: Easy access to airport.
Cons: Elevator is small, bathroom is WAY too small.
Location: Next to airport and car returns, good sports bar and a Haray Carey's within walking distance if the road construction was completed.
Under construction, can't give an honest opinion because of that.

Pros: Close to airport.
Location: I didn't spend any additional time in the area due to how terrible the hotel was.
I had to change room several times due to doors not opening & poor plumbing (ex - showers & toilets not working). I was finally given a room with working plumbing, but the AC unit was super load. During the room relocations, the staff made it seem like I was putting them out & making them work really hard. In the morning, I had to leave the hotel to get the complimentary breakfast, which was in a restaurant that was being renovated & had signs up saying that it was closed. Overall, this was a terrible hotel with terrible service.
