Nice hotel. Close to Concordia University.

Very clean, quiet place to stay. Pleasant staff. Was central location to all the sights we wanted to see.

Chicago birthday stay

Pros: overall - great
Cons: hours of weekly breakfast
Weekly breakfast ends at 9:00 am. While great for business people, those of us on vacation would have appreciated at least continental breakfast from 9 to 10. Cookies in evening nice touch!

Attack by the flying bug

We got to the room late afternoon.. when I woke up in the middle of the night, I keep hearing a snapping sound. I thought it was the air conditioner unit. Then I looked up on the wall behind me and it was a huge bug , not sure what kind so I smacked it and took a picture and went to the front desk to show the worker and then they got scare. But they change my room that right . And when I tried to leave and go stay at another hotel they did not give me a refund. They said it was non refundable. Well I didn't expect to share the room with another guest (Mr. Bug).

Overall it's nice. Watch your card for double char

Just watch for double charges. Luckily I have my card set on manual approval before charges over 20$. So I stopped it immediately. Other than that nice hotel very clean and friendly.
