Attack of the Nasty Shower Curtain

This hotel was great right up to taking a shower. The narrow tub and lack of a curved shower curtain rod means the wet fabric curtain clings to you... Gross right? How many other people got wrapped up naked in it while trying to clean their dirty bodies? The water collects in the tub because it doesn't drain fast enough... So the bottom of this lovely curtain, and my feet were in several inches of water... Again, gross right? Keeping things in perspective, I shower at the gym... it was acceptable, but it could be better! Be like Bombas... Bee Better!

Other than the room was not ready until three, which is standard, everything was great. Clean rooms, amazing and polite staff. Good food and good selection of it at breakfast. All the amenities! We couldn't have been more satisfied.

Don't bother

Pros: There was not a single thing that could be said to be good about this hotel. The clerk was absolutely unhelpful and the room was horrid.
Cons: Everything. Customer service, room condition, you name it.
My reservation was for a non-smoking room. When I checked in they gave me a smoking room that smelled HORRIBLY of smoke. I went back to the front desk to request a non-smoking room and was told none were available. I then went back to my room, gathered my belongings and went to check out. The clerk said "I'll just mark you as no-show. Just so you know, that happens all the time with 3rd party sites, the room requests don't come through to us."

The room was comfortable but a bit noisy. Police arrived to address an argument outside. Easy checkin and easy parking, very convenient to restaurants and conference and freeways.

Great stay for the price

Bathroom was small but clean. Breakfast was very good but crowded due to small area were the food was. Sign outside hotel said it was newly renovated but I think they skipped a few areas!

Pros: Good value. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean.
Cons: Breakfast was good value, but the room itself need a bit of remodeling. The food is in a small space that is walled in. Needs to be open concept.
Location: Very close to a bevy of food choices. Right next to the freeway so easy access to I-88 and I-55.
It was a little noisy on our floor - a college group of some sort was staying there and were in the hallways sitting and talking. But they did disperse at a reasonable hour and it was quiet enough to sleep. Overall a pleasant experience and well worth the money.

Good deal for the price.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Larger eating area for breakfast.
Location: Adequate.
No issues, breakfast could use larger variety. I got what I paid for, nothing much else to say.
