All of the staff were nice but one during morning her name is Monika she is terrible in costumer service I had a big problem with her she is rude not a good person to get alone with.

We were very happy with our room, it was clean and comfortable. Staff made extra effort to have breakfast ready for our very early departure. We will use this hotel every time we fly out of O'Hare

Convenient airport hotel

The hotel is very convenient for those who are traveling to and from O'Hare airport. It was very quiet and clean. Breakfast was very decent and definitely needs improvement.

The staff was excellent, very friendly.

Pros: Easy access, close to airport, clean spaceous room.
Had to get a quick hotel room with our dogs due to a flight cancellation. Staff was excellent and so nice, room was clean and spaceous, price was great.

Wifi is bad, breakfast is horrible, the food is not fresh, I cracked a boiled egg and inside already turned yellow, looks like it already kept for many days.
