The room was very clean and quiet. They are working on repainting the hallways but that wasn’t a problem. Very good value for the price.

The property is in a nice area and located near a lot of restaurants and shops. My only suggestion is to add a bit more to the gym. One set of 30 lb. dumbbells was a bit odd.

I’m not sure if the common areas are under construction or the patching on the walls were a design. The room was pretty nice a clean. Finding the hotel was a little confusing because it is set pretty far back from the road with only a small sign marking the entrance. It was also pouring down rain so that may have affected my visibility some

I showed up trailing a Corvette and the staff allowed me to take parking directly out front of the hotel. I was however assaulted that night on the streets walking back from the RiV. The night staff helped me get medical care and kept an eye on me while i gathered my self together. Thanks to all at the Graduate

I've stayed at this property at least 7-8 days this year. It is clean, quiet, not too pricey and staff is friendly and helpful. Basic needs are met and they have breakfast. I will continue to stay when I am in town.

Overall the stay was nice. We had the jacuzzi room and the set up was nice. The only downfall was that the closed captioning on the tv didn’t work, the sound on the tv itself kept going out (we would have to turn the tv off and back on for the volume to work again) and the volume on the tv only went up so much and couldn’t really hear it over the jets in the jacuzzi. The breakfast was actually really good and the create your own omelette was pretty cool. I would definitely come back despite the tv issues.
