Very nice hotel

Pros: Overall - it was very nice in all aspects.
Location: We were attending a funeral so that was our main focus.
Staff was nice - room was clean and the bed and pillows were so very comfortable. The breakfast was yummy and was really helpful as we were on a time crunch.

Traffic Noises

This hotel is right next to a busy freeway. There is no way to block out the traffic noise. Other than that, it's a nice place.

Nice hotel but motion sensors cut off too quickly.

The only issue I had is I was left in the dark several times in the shower and the motion sensors in the room also turn off the lights too quickly. Gets very annoying.

Worth the money

Pros: Everything
Cons: A little more hot food items.
The hotel was quite clean and breakfast was good. Staff were pleasant and the neighbourhood was quiet and near a lot of excellent dining places.

Excellent Hotel with affordable pricing

Pros: friendly staff, cleanliness and the pricing.
Cons: Nothing that i can think off.
We liked this hotel for its cleanliness and friendly staff. The pricing is very affordable and the breakfast in the mornings is an additional perk. I would definitely consider staying in this hotel again if i visit Chicago again and also definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Rude staff, out of date

Cons: updates, new staff
Location: near a mall, restaurants, and bowling alley
Rude front desk attendant, extremely loud maids, the whole place is out of date, trash on the floor in the room, hot water comes and goes, the hotel phone rings in the middle of the night several times with no one on the other end-they said they were "working" on the phones.

Comfortable accommodations. We didn't spend much time there, since family lives close by. Water pressure in the shower was weak & shampoo dispenser was empty. Recommend using bar soap instead of dispenser. Overall good.
