Decent 3 star hotelPosted Oct 1, 2015
Check in/out staff were awesome. Room was outdated and could use new renovations. Overall good experience.

Ordentliches Hotel in sehr zentraler LagePosted Sep 19, 2015

Outdated, but good locationPosted Sep 8, 2015
The decor is pretty drab; otherwise, the facilities were clean and relatively comfortable and the location is very good. Good pool. Staff helpful. Price better than almost any other hotel in the area.

Short on ParkingPosted Sep 3, 2015
Pros: It is a convenient location in River North
Cons: Allow car to leave and return to hotel without increasing the charge from $25 to $35 per night. Better yet, parking should be included.
Location: River North was a great area to find excellent places to dine.
Inside of bathtub was stocked with quality shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in a dispenser. It was convenient to have those supplies close at hand.

Great location, basic amenitiesPosted Sep 2, 2015
The hotel was in a great part of the city, close to most major attractions. Basic amenities, but better offer than other hotels in area. A lot of traffic noise, AC was a little off & shower had horrible pressure/temp regulation. Worst part of stay was paying to park. $25/day IF you don't move your car, $35/day if you leave the premises. Beds are a little too firm for me, but enjoyed my stay.

Good location, nice hotelPosted Sep 1, 2015
The only think what bothers me is the parking cost $25, rest really ok.

Downtown Chicago 4 Nights Stay in August, 2015Posted Aug 31, 2015
Pros: Felt safe. Walking distance to many downtown attractions.
Cons: A fridge in the room would be nice. It didn't have one.
Location: Hop and Go bus location right on the corner. The Untouchables Bus tour pick up was there as well. Rainbow Cafe, McDonalds, Wallgreens very close too.
Great location for the price. Not a fancy or newer hotel, but it was clean, roomy, and the staff was very pleasant. There is only 1 elevator from the underground parking garage. When we arrived - luggage in hand - it was taking quite some time for the elevator, which was noticed by one of the hotel staff. It looked like he was leaving for the day, but he went out of his way to escort us through the staff basement area to another elevator that took us to the main hotel lobby. Nice touch. The parking garage attendants were always smiling and said Good-morning every day to everyone. We would certainly stay here again. Great location for the Hop and Go Bus, which was right on the corner. Same for The Untouchables Tour which was fun and very informative. Google it for details. A CityPass package can save you money on attractions. Google that as well. If you're a Costco member, you can also buy it online a bit cheaper. The hotel was great if you don't want to drive around and park everywhere. A walk to the Navy Pier from the hotel will take you about 40 minutes. Millennium Park is about 20 minutes. The main strip - Michigan Avenue - is great for walking up and down. Chicago is a fabulous city. Had a great time, and this hotel made walking to many attractions easy. We wanted a reasonably priced hotel where we didn't have to drive around to everything. Driving in Chicago can be crazy, and parking can be very expensive. We just left our car at the hotel during our entire stay.

NicePosted Aug 29, 2015
Great location. Spectacular and helpful front desk employees. The only thing that was bothersome was no signs indicating the direction of room numbers and lack of clarity in which stairwells were for guests. I would still recommend.
