The location is perfectly located between north Michigan Avenue and rush street. The hotel has high quality rooms for a very reasonable price and the staff is very accommodating! I highly recommend the Whitehall hotel for a great stay in Chicago!
First time staying here, it was for only one night, and I would definitely stay here again. The room is a bit small but it was good for one night. If I were staying more than one night I would probably stay somewhere else. The price I got for the room was more than reasonable and I definitely got ...

Close to the Mag Mile, tons of food and entertainment. Walking distance and cheap uber rides pretty much any where from here. Close to bus lines and the L. Loved how spacious the room was and the turn down service!

Was a spontaneous decision to stay in Chicago for the night. Such a nice hotel. Room was fantastic. Couple of stains on the couch and sitting chair but no biggie. Not much to choose from for room-service breakfast but overall great nights stay.

The only pitfalls were inconsistency with toiletries. Two ladies with long hair who can't bring any liquids on an airplane and only one tiny shampoo/conditioner. The other not great moment was arriving after hours, having to keycard in while staff is at the front desk are staring at you, while trying ...

Great hotel, good staff, well located in a nice area lots of stores and shopping around walk-in distance to mayor attractions. The only problem for my self the pillows are not comfortable. The rest is a great hotel I will definitely stay again.
This was my first stay at a Virgin Hotel and I will be back. Excellent location very close to the Loop subway train and just south of the river. Lots of restaurants and lovely architecture close by. Room layout was awesome. Rather than a big open space the room is somewhat divided into three areas; ...

I was very impressed by this hotel! From the super clean rooms with super comfy beds and bathrobes to the historic building restored to its original glory, this place is a real pleasure to spend the night in. High ceilings with 10 foot windows make these rooms feel very open.

Just had a quick overnight stay. The staff was friendly, it was very hot out when we checked in and the staff offered us all nice cold bottles of water. Rooms are clean and big and the beds are comfy.

This was an older hotel with charm. The decor was accurate to the time period the hotel was built which was kind of cool. If your looking for a 5 star you may want to look elsewhere but it is definitely a few steps above a low budget hotel. I would stay there again.

Our second time at Hotel Arista. Didn't disappoint once again. Friendly welcome by staff. Our room had an exercise bike, weight balls and yoga mat in it! New Italian restaurant in hotel was #1 - Che Figata. One of the best dining experiences. Well known chef - Mark Grimes restaurant. Absolutely will ...

Thought it was quite over priced and parking was an issue. Ad stated they had free parking available, we had to park blocks away. Ensuite door didn’t shut, needed repairing which made it difficult for toilet issues.
