One room had a cracked window hidden behind the curtains, there were stains on the wall, and there was food scattered on the stairs leading up to our rooms, not to mention the strong smell of smoke in the hallways in spite of the hotel being “non-smoking”.

Very dirty, rooms are hardly cleaned, completely outrageous pricing for what it is. Pictures looks great but very different in person. Holes in doors. Bathroom doors don’t close all the way shut. Staff was very rude. Floors still had scrap on them and lobby floors were visibly dirty and sticky. I would have left if I wasn’t going to lose my deposit.

Seem to be under construction the cleanliness was not good at all I changed rooms and went to a dirtier room , the pool area had no towels we had to get them from the front desk and it wasn’t as heated as they made it out to be

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s not safe, we stayed here with our traveling football team and not one of the windows in the room lock. There was ppl who said they weren’t staying there they just come swim when they want, the doors to the hotel stay unlocked all hrs of the night so anyone can come and go at anytime through any exit. Also there was a big fight the first night at 5 am ppl running screaming banging trying to break in a room and rhe 2nd night there was a big party on our floor with ppl blasting music until 6 am. I would avoid the headache.

The room was beyond nasty. Front desk guy was rude and they really don't care what happens on the property. No security, very sketchy parking lot and the whole hotel smelled like stale smoke and body odor.

We got a room with a Jacuzzi looked very dusty and old!! the first room we stayed in the TV ane refrigerator didn’t work so they put us in the room next to us the next day! So we had to go a whole day without refrigerator and TV!! Very unsatisfied, and we checked out a day early

The property was nice we had a second floor room with a balcony (we were aware that there was no elevator) and the room was clean (housekeeping could have done a little better, but there were no major issues with cleanliness). The price was right $82.00 for the Sunday night stay.

Good location near places to eat. Room is comfortable with enough pillows to keep one satisfied. Shower pressure is good. Area quiet enough to get a good nights sleep.
