Easy to access. Easy walk to get to L train to head downtown. Clean, relaxing away from downtown and parking available which you have to pay for. Clean and well-kept rooms. Great food at the restaurant in the lobby! Great wait staff.

The phones didn’t work. Staff would constantly hang up on you mid speaking or put you on hold until you gave up and hung up. There are stains all over my room and they charged me extra for them even though the stains were already there.

There was construction in the lobby - they had to move me rooms due to noise . The new room was more quiet but i would have appreciated knowing at check in to avoid the move first thing in the morning half asleep. Overall it was a good stay.

We stayed at this hotel because it is a Park n' Fly location. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. The restaurant had good food. The shuttle service to and from the airport is wonderful.

The staff didn't seem to care about anything, and the room key was not working, so I had to go back all the way to the front desk, and the front desk didn't feel sorry at all. Front desk staff was really nice, hotel was clean. Room was very clean, big, and bed was very comfortable. It was also very quiet at night, and in the morning. I had zero disturbance, which is rare in a hotel! Bonus was the skin care lotion, smelled awesome, and an herbal spray to mist on your pillow to help you sleep. ( I think it worked). Nice touches. The staff was inefficient, poorly trained. First at reception I was told I didn’t have a reservation. I showed the Conf #. Oh, yes, she said then gave me a two bed room when I had requested one bed. The hotel needs updating. They didn’t have a bartender until two hours after their stated open time on Saturday and until over three hours on Sunday. The parking gate was supposed to work with my car license it did NOT so I had to use the help button and wait for help. Again I believe it was incompetent staff. Lastly I did not get an email receipt upon checking out and believe I was billed an additional $290. Which is in error. I REQUEST A COPY OF THE RECEIPT

Great stay
We have been travelling and stayed at the Marriott for three nights. The room was perfect, the bed perfect, the shower/bath perfect. Everyone we encountered was kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our breakfast and particularly Enis the chef, who not only made great omelettes but made us feel extra special.
