Overall, I loved the aesthetics of the hotel. There were 2 things that caused me to rate 4 out of 5: (1) Internet and wifi service are only available to platinum and business members. IMHO it should be offered to ALL GUESTS. (2) At checkout, even though previously instructed not to, they billed the card I used to hold the room. I wanted to use a different one, it just hadn't come by the time I booked this room.

We are so glad you enjoyed your experience. Sorry for the confusion with charging the wrong credit card. We hope this did not cause any issues for you. For future if the wrong card has been charged we can reverse the charges as long as you let us know prior to leaving the property.
