We stayed one night before our flight and enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. The room was comfortable, food was good and the shuttle to the airport was prompt. Only complaint is there are two Marriott O'Hare's and we got on the wrong shuttle returning from our vacation. Marriott should be better about naming their hotels to avoid confusion.

Awsome hotel rite next to Ohare airport

Love my suite, asked for a room wit a nice view as a joke and they accomidated it! Staffs were awsome very friendly and helpful, room was clean as can be, i mean spotless, definitely going to be my go to hotel when my family n friends come to visit

Nice clean hotel near O'hare airport.

Nice and comfortable hotel near the O'Hare airport. Provide prompt airport shuttle service. Staff was nice and breakfast was fantastic. Mc Donald and a few other eateries just about 5-10 mins walk away.

Overall, I loved the aesthetics of the hotel. There were 2 things that caused me to rate 4 out of 5: (1) Internet and wifi service are only available to platinum and business members. IMHO it should be offered to ALL GUESTS. (2) At checkout, even though previously instructed not to, they billed the card I used to hold the room. I wanted to use a different one, it just hadn't come by the time I booked this room.

My arrival was very late due to the flight delay. At my arrival, there was no one at the front desk.

hotel was great. When I went to check in LATE Sunday night, the desk said they had NOT gotten the 2 rooms from expedia. they worked it out but it was a pain waiting at that hour and also having to call Expedia customer service at 1am to be sure I didn't get double-charged

Beautiful modern hotel great for families

Room was beautiful & just like the picture that was shown online. The hotel is great for families. We were in town for a wedding & had 3 kids with us...a 5 month old, 16 yr old & 14 yr old. We were in the Parlor King Suite & had a king bed for ourselves & the baby & the other 2 kids had their own beds with the pull out bed from the wall & sofa bed. We enjoyed that the bedroom was separated but yet still in the room with the kids & that both rooms had tv's. Would highly recommend for families! We really enjoyed our stay!
