Pros: Very friendly staff throughout the hotel.
Location: Good location for a girls weekend getaway
Did a lot of shopping across the street at Gurnee Mills. Would stay in the spring and do the walk over.

Nice hotel and great stay!

This hotel was excellent. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Everything my family and I needed was close by. Will stay again when visiting the area.

Great, reasonably priced hotel for the area

Pros: Location, convenience (it is a smaller hotel), parking was simple and convenient, two chairs and a table (we played cards).
Cons: Really, with extras like fridge and microwave, we were very content.
Location: Right off the Tri-State Tollway (couldn't be closer)...very near Six Flags and Lake County highways. Perfect.
The staff was attentive. Facilities were fine. The room seemed clean. We stayed four nights and never had an issue. Beds seemed comfortable. Location was fabulous. Compared to others in the immediate area that I have stayed, I was really pleased that I chose this place and will likely stay here again.

We came to see oldest son graduate from Navy boot camp and enjoyed our whole experience! Another son graduates soon and we plan to stay there again. Comfortable, clean and affordable.

Nice Hotel, Good Breakfast

Pros: Good breakfast. Shower was pretty good, too. Price was good.
Cons: This was a well-run facility. I would stay there again.
The facilities were nice; check in went smoothly. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Certainly not the Taj Mahal, but a pleasurable overnight experience.

Terrible beds and sun in your eyes at Dawn cannot close the drapes don't stay here

On behalf of our staff, I would like to apologize for your stay being not to your liking at all. I sincerely apologize for the light shining into your room, with the employee failing to inform you that there is a blackout curtain that can very easily prevent this issue. Our curtains consist of three layers: Side curtains, sheers and the blackout curtain, which prevents any outside light from entering the room. I have sent you photos of the curtain layout to show you as such. There is no reason for our staff member to be unaware of this, and I apologize that he was not able to inform you of this, as it could have prevented this entire scenario from occurring.
