Worth every penny and more.

We just wanted to get away for one night. We found this hotel online. We were attracted by the price. Now I can tell you we will absolutely tell anyone that it was one of the best most comfortable place we have stayed in. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

Great location for shopping or visiting Great Lakes Navy Base and Great America. Contental breakfast needs some quality help!

Hotel just to stay a night

Cons: Interface ,breakfast
Location: Gurnee mall outlet
People try to do their best but with with very limited facilities

Close to mall

Pros: It was clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good too
Location: Convenient to the Gurnee Mills mall
We went to do some Christmas shopping and the hotel was so convenient! It was directly across the street. The staff was wonderful. We got in at 9:30 in the morning and stopped at the hotel to get our bearings. We realized that check in wasn't until 3:00. The staff member on duty said that we could check in then if we wanted to as he had some rooms already to go. That was great! We were able to get our luggage out of the car and then proceed to the mall to do our shopping. The breakfast they provided was pretty good too. Lots of variety. Would definitely stay again.

While the hotel was older than some of the others around it, the rooms were clean,comfortable and surprisingly well equipped. Along with the normal blow dryer and iron, there was also a full size ironing board, a refrigerator and a microwave. I was told by relatives who stayed across the street at Holiday Inn, that the fridges had to be rented, there were no microwaves, and no free breakfast. The hotel staff was friendly,courteous and very helpful. The manager, Jay Patel, even took the time to look up our phone number and call us when our daughter left some personal items behind.

EXCELLENT FRIGHT FEST TRIP

I was allowed to checkin early so I may visit six flags great America. Upon checkout, I needed to get a cab to the Waukegan metra station at 8am. Service desk was very helpful in getting me a cab and the cab arrived right on time and the trip was smooth
