Employees were great and always had a smile on.

Pros: Staff is #1 Hotel is much more than I was expecting!
Cons: I personally work in preparing and executing commercial,retail etc.for maintenance, construction etc. So, I'm possibly the only one who notices items
Location: No issues on my end.
Room Great! Cleanliness Great! Staff Awesome! Building Interior and Interior looked better than expected. Impressed with the up to date look.

It was a pleasant stay. Continental breakfast was great. The fitness center was also very nice. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Pros: I liked the restaurant located adjacent to the parking lot.
Location: The location was close to the airport and easy to find.
The hotel was clean and inviting, the staff were friendly and helpful.

I wish the buffet was open longer

The room was very clean and comfortable , the hotel was easy to. It's very nicely located to O'Hare and the Fashion Mall. So we had to get up much earlier than we would have liked because the buffet ended at 9 a.m. I wish that was open till at least 10.

Great location ! Nice hotel!

Pros: Close proximity to Allstate Arena and Riverside Casino; 24 hour shuttle to/from airport,etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location!

This hotel was very accommodating.The staff were very helpful and personable. They had a 24 hour free shuttle to and from O'Hare airport, also the Allstate Arena , and other nearby places. The room was very adequate. It was furnished with a microwave and fridge. The room was somewhat small, but very sufficient for one person. The bed was comfortable. The room in general was very nice. I enjoyed my stay there very much!

NIce hotel very close to O'Hare

Cons: Would be nice to have bottled water in the room and the wifi code readily available
Clean, quiet, nice fixtures, very comfortable bed and pillows

Although the rooms have been renovated, I was still underwhelmed by this hotel. The staff was friendly and check in/check out was a breeze. Location was convenient. Close to airport and highway. The exterior of the hotel is dreary and old looking. There is no gym at the hotel and I was hoping to workout at least jog and it was too cold to exercise outside. The room itself looked nice when I first opened the door. There were a few small problems though. The mirror on the sliding closet door was damaged. The toilet handle was loose and the shower needs caulking at the shower head. The pillows were not comfortable and all 4 of us had stiff necks in the morning. The included breakfast was pretty good--offering hot and cold choices. Wish it lasted until 10 or 10:30AM instead of ending at 9. If I could, I would rate it 2.5 stars.
