Nice experience in a 3 star hotel. This hotel has and excellent relation between quality, price, services and comfort.

Pros: Very nice staff, close to the convention center
Cons: Hotel is kind of Old it needs some retouching

Location: restaurant right next door & close to airport
Great for a 1 night stay and real close to the airport

Wenn man eine günstige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit nahe Chicago Airport sucht in Ordnung, Zimmer und Bad könnten mal eine Renovierung vertragen

Good Stop-over Option

Pros: Cleanliness and room comfort.
Cons: Air freshener (room smell was fine, after turning on the a/c for some circulation)
Location: Literally within 10 minutes of the airport, quick and easy ride in their shuttle.
I had an international arrival that was just a bit to tight to make a transfer so took the option of a 1 night stop-over. I didn't want to spend a bunch of money just to sleep a few hours but definitely didn't want to suffer through a terrible hotel. This Comfort Inn was perfect. Check-in & out was quick & flawless, room cleanliness was superb, bed was excellent and just what I needed after my 16hr trip, and there weren't any hidden charges. The airport transportation was free and ran trips every 30 minutes. Will definitely use this hotel if I have a similar situation in the future.

Friendly staff and clean quiet room

Cons: The halls need a facelift.
Location: Location was convenient to for my training. A bit of a hike to get to downtown Chicago
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Staff was very helpful & friendly. My room was clean, big and it was very quiet at night. The free shuttle to/from airport was a bonus! The hallways are a bit outdated/rundown, however room was updated and the price was right!

Great nights stay

Pros: the amenities and the breakfast
Location: there was a great home-style restaurant in the parking lot that had good food with big portions .
They answered all my questions about where to find the things I needed. and very personable.
