Great hotel but not a 3 star!

Pros: Staff is the best, very eager to help. Breakfast is very good and included!
Cons: The rooms feel outdated, nothing wrong with them, I just would not compare them to other 3 star hotels I've stayed in.
Location: Great location, just off the highway. there is a shuttle service to the casino, and there is an outlet mall 5-10 minute driving distance.
Don't get me wrong, there is nothing bad about this hotel, but its just not a 3 star or at least it shouldn't be rated as such.

Staff was very nice & parking and airport shuttle service was very convenient, just wished the fitness center was better maintained and halls look warn but not dirty

Nice hotel close to convention center

3 star hotel with dated bathrooms. Our tub was clogged and it was difficult to shower in standing water.

他のコメントにあったとおり,空港でシャトルを頼む電話をしたが,既にシャトルが来ていたので待つこと無くホテルに入ることができた.21時頃のチェックインだったが,ホテルの前のレストランで食事ができたのは便利.出発時間を相談しておくと,何時のシャトルに乗ればよいか,そのためにフロントに何時に来ればよいかなど教えてくれた.

Great Hotel with perks

I came out to visit my boyfriend and the shuttle service to and from The Blue Line train was both convenient as well as the drivers were all very friendly. Breakfast was provided although it was typical hotel breakfast with instant eggs (yuck) but otherwise everything was very nice. Our room was fairly large and very comfortable. We were right off of the elevator and heard little to no through traffic. Very happy with our stay.

Great place to stay!

I really enjoyed staying at this Hotel. The beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was eggs and sausage and a few other choices. It was close to the airport, and the neighborhood was good. I would stay here again for sure.
