NICE HOTEL, BUT HORRIBLE BED, Got no sleep

Pros: the fast service, my clean room, my free breakfast.
Cons: turn the room temperature down, fix or replace that bed!
Location: The location is great! There is a mall to shop in and plenty of restaurants to eat at.
My check in was EASY AND FAST. I was given a room on the side of the building that I wanted. My room was very cold when I entered it, but very clean except for the hair I found on the back of the bathroom door. I loved the fact that my room came with a mini frig and microwave + coffee maker. I was happy until it was time for bed. I wanted a room with a king size bed, but they were sold out. I received a room with two double beds. The one double bed I chose to sleep in was HORRIBLE! It was broken down, had lumps, felt like I was sliding off to the floor. I didn't want to mess up the other bed (for eco reasons) so I stuck it out until the morning(too tired to move). The next morning I got an early check out and left the hotel. Ohhh... I forgot about the free breakfast, it was great, hot food was hot and cold was cold, a little something for everyone, but can you add almond milk to your menu please?

Nice enough, but don't rely on a wake up call

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was remodeled and looked nice. I also thought the breakfast was alright. Nothing special, but a nice variety. I have two complaints. It is hard to get to from the highway because of the median. I requested a 6:45 wake call before I went to bed at about 10:00pm but it never came. Thankfully I also had an alarm. The phone did ring at 6:00pm, so maybe they just got the time wildly wrong. Overall it was an alright place to stay for the cost.

Food and front desk

Need to take away the fried eggs that look and taste artificial. Replace with hard boiled. I actually saw the egg explode when he cut into it. MEREDITH at the front desk is awesome professional and friendly.

The room was nice and clean but the sheets had dried up blood stains. I was unhappy that house keeping crew would put those sheets on the bed. The sheet may have been clean but the stains were very visible. I called the front door and the attendant said they will handle the issue in the morning. I would have expected new sheets sent to my room. Not a good experince
