Nice hotel

Cons: Do a better job of identifying the front door. Make more parking at that door available for check in and a 15 minute limit. I had to walk from an end.
Nice hotel. Hard to determine where the front door is located. Front entrance parking is also hard to locate.

Great Staff, Great Value

This isn't the newest hotel in town but it is the friendliest. Was in town for a business conference and had a wonderful stay. Room was very comfortable. Good breakfast selection each morning.

Great Stay ( Unfriendly Front Desk)

Stay was great but front desk staff was rude, curt ans unfriendly! My cc was charged the deposit up front for incidents and when I checked in an additional deposit

Grandchildren's winter break at the pool

I took my grandchildren to spend some quality time at the pool. They loved having the pool to themselves. Everything was close by and we got a lot of things done beside swimming. We had a good time.

Accommodations include a 2-room suite with separate living and sleeping areas - 2 TVs each suite with in suite amenities such as Iron/Board, Coffee maker with coffee/tea amenities, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, sofa bed in all suites and more...

Decent hotel in good location but staff have lack of follow through. Requested a late check out at time of arrival. Had two staff members come to my room prior to the authorized time of check out while preparing to leave. Explained that a late check out was granted and that I was being disturbed and interrupted in trying to leave. No apology given on either occasion.

Nice room, but could've been better

Nice room but no cable and wifi code didn't work...3 night stay would've been so much better if these things could've been resolved

Actually, our wifi has NO password - just choose "Comfort Suites" hit login and you're good to go...all suites also have the same information on a tent card, on the work desks, as well as a slip handed to you inside your key sleeves at check in. If all else fails, we have a 24 hour staff that would be more than happy to help get you logged in! I am terribly sorry if all of the above was totally overlooked :) We hope you will stay with us next time to experience a better experience. Once again, thank you for your feedback. Very accommodating staff

Pros: Space for storage....2 TV's
Cons: Some of the mechanical items were a little noisy but nothing major.
Location: Great malls nearby and Pete's Market was fabulous!
My mother is 90. The staff were very concerned that we both be as comfortable as possible. Every encounter was pleasant and with a smile.
