Nice room, but could've been better

Nice room but no cable and wifi code didn't work...3 night stay would've been so much better if these things could've been resolved

Dear Ericka Thank you for your review. Actually, our wifi has NO password - just choose "Comfort Suites" hit login and you're good to go...all suites also have the same information on a tent card, on the work desks, as well as a slip handed to you inside your key sleeves at check in. If all else fails, we have a 24 hour staff that would be more than happy to help get you logged in! I am terribly sorry if all of the above was totally overlooked :) We hope you will stay with us next time to experience a better experience. Once again, thank you for your feedback. Sincerely, Laveen Hira General Manager

Very accommodating staff

Posted Nov 21, 2016
Pros: Space for storage....2 TV's
Cons: Some of the mechanical items were a little noisy but nothing major.
Location: Great malls nearby and Pete's Market was fabulous!
My mother is 90. The staff were very concerned that we both be as comfortable as possible. Every encounter was pleasant and with a smile.

I had a great stay. The only issue was that I had a non smoking room that had a small smoke smell.

Dear ELIZABETH DE DEVRIES, Thank you for staying with us and rating us as well. We appreciate your feedback. We are 100% smoke free, since 2005. Upon checking into your issue of your suite smelling like smoke, my staff did offer to move you to another suite, which you chose not to. Regardless, I am terribly sorry and I hope the smoke smell didn't bother your stay or make your stay unpleasant. We invite you to visit us again and stay with us next time when visiting. Kind Regards Laveen Hira General Manager

Roomy rooms, central location, good value

Posted Oct 21, 2016
Pros: Getting a suite style room for a week long stay at a reasonable price. Comfy bed, nice sitting room with sofa/fridge. Decent free breakfast selection.
Cons: A little noisy from street traffc, but it's "white noise" and did not prevent sleep.
Location: About 20 miles from the Chicago loop, much cheaper than staying downtown.

Dear Mark R, We are delighted you had a good stay with us and appreciate your feedback. With just 17 miles to downtown Chicago - the lake, Michigan Ave, Navy pier, etc. - we are an ideal choice to stay at and at most 1/3rd the price of downtown hotels and we offer free parking. Just 7 miles away from the hotel is the Chicago CTA train station (Forest Park Blue Line) with $3 to $5 parking all day. 3 miles from the hotel is the Metra rail (Suburban Train). We hope to see you soon again in the future when visiting the area. Kind Regards Laveen Hira General Manager

Very good value.

Posted Oct 18, 2016
Location: Close to Oakbrook Center and lots of places to eat nearby.
The room was quite clean and the staff was very friendly and courteous. Considering the price, I would rate this hotel very high due to good overall value. The only knock I had during the stay was the hotel was being used to host 2 separate birthday parties for kids...I'd hate to be that guy, but perhaps the hotel should have a policy against that.

Elevator broke, noisy guests

Posted Oct 18, 2016
Elevator broke and we were offered no help bringing our bags and coolers down the steps. The pool is located right next to the bar area so while you're swimming you're being watched by the bar people. Just so happened there was a birthday party in the bar so there were tons of people. We also had to walk through the party to get back to our room. Also every door you tried to use your key card on literally took 10 times to open the doors.

Dear Jessica We are terribly sorry you were amongst the few people that Sunday morning 10am when our elevator broke down. However, we are happy before checkout time (12 noon), the elevator was back up running by the elevator company. We apologize we were unable to assist you with your baggage during the 90 minutes it was down, given half the time one of our very own employee was stuck in the elevator :( Sincerely, Hotel Management
