The hotel was very average and dated. The hot tub did not work, it was very cold and not well kept. Grungy to say the least. The maid didn’t come during the day to turn anything over. The staff was nice but hotel did not live up to standards. We picked the hotel for the hot tub and were a little disappointed. Cleanliness was ok.

Checked in - given a room that was not clean, no sheets, beer cans. Second room, the staff member joined me to make sure it was not already occupied! No body wash in container in shower. In in the morning, coffee was empty and staff acted like it was my problem. Told me to ask the cook to make more...ridiculous. Zero breakfast snacks, not even a banana or water.

I chose the hotel partially because it had an airport shuttle and hot tub. The shuttle doesn’t run early in the morning and the hot tub was closed. We had to be moved to 3 different rooms. All rooms had damaged furniture and dirty bathrooms. We decided to leave and booked another hotel room. The staff was very nice and we left without notifying them.

Ok… so I’ll try to make this as short as I can. Ive stayed at different Four Points hotels before and my experience was excellent. I figured this one should be similar, right? Not so much. When I first checked in, I was given a room with dirty towels and the fixtures in the shower were broken. The front desk host was kind enough to switch me to another room which was great. The new room had clean towels, no broken fixtures, but …there was no trash cans, the shower has stains, and the water bottles were half empty. So that was gross. Now on to things outside the room: - The carpets are very stained. - They advertise that they serve breakfast but there is no breakfast available in the main lobby like there normally is at most hotels. They had a little sign in that showed like 5 breakfast options… but you have to order it. - The coffee available is literally one coffee urn for a couple hours. Thats it. - The bar is small. Their beer dispensers didn’t work at all. This hotel needs A LOT of updates, and carpet cleaning. If you’re looking for an easy one night stay, this hotel might be okay. If you’re staying longer, I really recommend you book somewhere else.

Staff wasn’t accommodating. Had my preparation here for the wedding. AC in the rm wasn’t working and took a few phone calls to get an answer. Hair and makeup artist requested for chairs, staff said they will bring but never came. Overall stay was okay.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was abysmal - there was hair on the towels, stains on the sheets and pillows, and it was clear that maintenance was neglected. I felt unsafe throughout my stay, and the staff seemed completely careless about addressing these issues. We lost our key and the staff just provided another key without checking any identification or information at 1am. This should not happen with so many visitors coming in and out. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. One star is too generous for this place.

The staff (front desk personnel, housekeeping, maintenance, management, sales) everyone was fantastic. I was a guest for 7 weeks (for medical reasons) and everyone was so helpful, attentive, patient, compassionate and thoughtful of my situation. I don’t want to home!!! Lol

It’s a 3rd world hotel. No breakfast nothing really is good about that hotel. Any future customers should reconsider booking the place.

Room was clean and comfortable there were however several maintenance items that should have been addressed before they rent the room. The Tub spigot was loose and not firmly attached to wall and the shower valve was also loose and not secure there was also an obvious ceiling repair done in the bathroom that was never fully completed not sanded or painted. The main Concern was Security. When we arrived we checked in at front desk and then parked in the rear and entered in the back near where the room was located. When we entered the back entry we found the door propped open with a stone. There was a young women in the parking lot talking with a young man and she was the one who propped open the door. We don’t know if she was an employee or just a guest. We had a function to attend and when we got back to the hotel the door was again propped open. Someone needs to monitor exterior doors to assure a safe environment for all guests.

There was mold that covered the ceiling in the bathroom. There was also mold in the pool. The hot tub was not hot. No conditioner in the bathroom. Kitchen was closed. Front of the house staff not very friendly at all. Night staff made you feel like you were inconveniencing them. I really have never had this much to say about a stay anywhere.
