Value with restaurants

Pros: Cleanliness and updated feel of premises
Cons: Spa jets did not work. Parking not the best.
Location: Location had food and spirit options on either side. Tried both the first day. Shopping was in area.
Very clean, updated hotel. Staff helpful. Breakfast good with choices and freshness. Eating options on either side of hotel. Good location for driving experiences.

Comfortable and clean

Check-in was quick, all of the staff were friendly and polite. Room was clean and comfortable. Great pool for the kids and walkable distance to restaurants for dinner and breakfast. Hotel breakfast and coffee were good with nice selection and everything was hot and fresh. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Close to the freeway and Schaumburg retail area
Cons: Really need to do some TLC work in the workout room, breakfast area, hallways
Location: You need a nice fitness facility close by
The rooms are nice. The entire facility needs some TLC, like refinishing the breakfast bar, grouting around the base of the breakfast bar, replace torn carpet in hallway and sprucing up your workout area.

Cons: Cleanliness of the entire hotel Up-date the rooms
When asked if the hotel has a park and ride service, the answer was yes. But they said, we are not responsible for your car, and that is acceptable! What they didn't tell you until we arrived is, because you booked with a third party service we have to charge a $10 service fee for the airport ride. Really? And then if you don't stay at the hotel at both ends of your flight, they only offer the shuttle one time, so a taxi is required. So there is another $29 expense. As far as the room, the Sunbeam coffee maker should have been retired when the 60 were over. We know where to stay next time, not there!

Two night stay

Pros: It was a great value for the price.
Cons: I had a do-not-disturb sign on the door until noon and nobody ever made up the room, provided towels, etc.
It was fine. The breakfast was far more than I would have expected.

Clean and quiet place to stay.

Stay was really good. Some renovation/painting underway on the 4th floor - but was being handled professionally and quietly without disturbing guests. Highly recommend.

Expectation of airport shuttle

We selected this hotel needing an airport shuttle to O'Hare. Learned that it wasn't operational during the early morning hours so needed a cab. Little bit of a hassle. Desk clerk made the call to cab company for me.

Nice hotel & not too far from O'Hare

For driving 25 minutes from O'Hare you save money and get away from the airport traffic and hubbub. Very comfortable and clean hotel. Two elevators that responded quickly. The breakfast was very good both mornings and includes cooked traditional items as well as cold. Would definitely stay there again.
