Pros: It's in a good location if you want to get around in several western suburbs.
Cons: Monday morning breakfast was not impressive: floor was sticky, boiled eggs old, french toast finished.
Stay was pretty good. There were signs encouraging guests to not make noise after 10 pm, but some people still did at 11;30 pm. Woke me up. I didn't call receptionist and eventually they calmed down.

Pros: Location to family
Cons: Could use some painting in the rooms
Location: There are plenty of things to do, places to shop and good restaurants nearby
This is the second time we got a handicapped room that we didn't need. Because of it being a special room the sink was at knee level and no where to put your toiletries....uncomfortable. When booking on line it did not release this information so you must tell the front desk when you check in...being we only stayed one night we did not change rooms.

Pretty good, but....

Very friendly staff. We checked into the room and noted it was dingy, with the vanity fluorescent light not very bright. The chair in the room was stained. We complained to the staff about the light. They said someone would check on it. They never did. There was a dog in the room across the hall who barked a lot and guests in the pool were pretty loud. We asked to change rooms. It was much cleaner and the vanity light was brighter, but my husband found a small cockroach in the bathroom. The breakfast was good once a manager realized everything was empty and worked to refill very quickly. Lots of pillows, but they were all too soft and flattened right out.

Qk, but lacked many amenities. Yes, free breakfast

Pros: It was just ok
Cons: Even the bar, advertised to be open till 10p wasn't open b/4 9p! False advertising. No room cleaning past noon. Not available upon request.
Location: Knew area well, no problem getting around.
Can u tolerate brown water for coffee? Not the best .

Easy access to events

Pros: Clean close to events good food
Cons: Noise in hallways
Location: Access to chicago
All was well good parking great breakfast bed comfortable TV easy to control lots of hot water and clean towels warm room but telephone annoying manager had to disconnect

Clean, convenient and comfortable

Made an emergency trip to the area for family in hospital. Able to get a room that was convenient to all our appointments and needs. Clean, and comfortable. Good breakfast each morning
