Can u tolerate brown water for coffee? Not the best .

We do apologize for the dissatisfaction of your stay, and take the time to listen to your constructive comments so we can continually improve our services. We regret that our lounge was not open for your enjoyment; our bartender fell ill during the evening and, due to the holiday, we did not have another bartender that was available to step in.
Your experience most definitely did not reflect our normal caliber of service, and we hope you will consider giving us another chance.
