The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The amenities were pretty basic, but updated. We did not enjoy the accessibility of the hotel in terms of going between floors. There was no option to go down to the ground floor via stairs besides an emergency exit which we did not like at all. The elevators were very loud and being that we stayed during a holiday, lots of traffic.

Great value and location.
The hotel offers great value and location for the price. The staff was very helpful. My only criticism is that there were never towels at the hotel pool. We called each time and then it took quite a while (typically over 30 minutes) for them to arrive.

Could not use our window blinds. Don't know why this was done but the property either removed the blind chain or never fixed it. Could not turn TV up to a decent volume unless your 10 years old with perfect hearing and even then questionable. Elevator was dark dingy and needed paint and a more lively look. Bathroom shower is ridiculous narrow about 24" wide.

The staff across the board was fantastic! Room was perfectly great. Loved the adjacent Starbucks hours downstairs but wd be great to offer some type of breakfast amenity option during marathon weekend. Some hotels provide free coffee, bagels, bananas in the lobby to the participants before they take off around 5:30am.

For a busy big city, this hotel was very clean and the updated amenities were nice! The staff were also very helpful, professional, and friendly! As we were traveling for a big race, we were out most of the day and it was nice to have a great convenient stay that was easy to get to at the end of the day! Nearby were many dining options to go to or take-out from, which was a definite plus!

Great hotel - terribly noisy neighborhood!
My only concern was the noise level. People SCREAMING in the lobby and outside on the street until 4 am in the morning...I didn't sleep at all there but the hotel and service is fantastic. It's a shame but I'd probably not stay there again.

The property was nice if you never left. Surrounding area felt unsafe and dirty. We accidentally left clothes in closet and when we called to ask about them told nothing was turned in by housekeeping. My husband would be visable on hotel survalience wearing the lost items Fri and Sat.
