Over the past five years I've stayed in numerous hotels in the area, and this is the best by far. Quiet, clean, comfy bed, friendly staff, beautiful pool, free parking, Starbucks in the lobby, upscale breakfast/dinner options while dining fireside in the tastefully decorated lobby. As a woman traveling alone I felt completely safe. Highly recommend this hotel for solo travelers, couples and families!

I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the room was laid out for a business person. Very convenient for meeting with others and for doing computer work. Snacks were available 24/7. The pool was accessible also.

The original room had a faulty lock and the hotel immediately moved us to another room. The desk staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and again the staff couldn't have been nicer.

Overall, my worst experience! The Internet speed was terrible, there was no slippers, no body shampoo, and you should ask them to get tooth paste/brush. We asked for body shampoo and the staff told us they had run out of it and can't provide. Towels felt old and course. Our room was next to an exist door and we could NOT sleep because of its noise! Staff were not friendly at all.

We were booked in a room with a wet carpet, probably it was just from being cleaned. The room was stuffy due to the we carpet. We has to open the balcony door for air circulation. We then requested to switched to another room with a dry carpet of which they agreed and apologized. Unfortunately the other room had the same. We we stayed anyway as we were booked for two days only. The facility had good ratings but i guess something isn't right.

The property was fine. Our first room, on the first floor, had a sliding door to the outside. The lock on this door was non functional. While there was a “bar” in addition to the lock, this seemed completely unacceptable for a room that faced the busy street. The front desk staff did KINDLY move our room to the second floor. Unfortunately, this room still had garage from the previous evening DoorDash order that wasn’t cleaned up. In the morning, the food service staff was inexperienced. I had no idea that my 2 food “vouchers” did not cover the 2 breakfast sandwiches, a coffee and juice plus a fruit cup would cost me an additional $19. If I would have understood this, I would have brought the COLD, undercooked sandwiches back for a refund. But I let it go thinking it was fine- needless to say when I got my bill after leaving I was furious. This is completely unacceptable.
