The staff was great. Unfortunately, the pool and the room the pool was in was barely heated. The kids were so looking forward to swimming but it was to cold. Then as we were in the room for the night the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate. It was a -20 degrees. We checked out after we were allowed to go back in However, the operations Mgr apologized and comped our room. Which was thoughtful.

Everything about the room and staff was great. The had a fire alarm go off on Friday night and had no water. I was moved to a different hotel for the remainder of my stay. Not the hotel I booked. I applaud the staff, and the staff at the other hotel. Just was a bummer, because i loved the hotel i booked, and was moved to a lesser hotel.

We were really disappointed with our stay as a whole. First, the good is our service was wonderful! The staff was super friendly. The location of the hotel is always amazing! It’s around so much! But we were disappointed in our room. The shower pressure was awful, we had lights flickering, the room was either extremely hot or ice cold (terrible when you have a baby). The worst was the water temperature. We had no hot water and when I brought this up to the front desk, they said since the water heater is on the other side of the building, we would have to turn on the sink faucet and shower at the same time. Seriously!!! This is a Courtyard Marriott and we had to run all the water for several minutes before we got a decent warm shower?? What a waste of water!! We will not be staying here again.
