One day get away

Excelent service in the front desk

the service was perfect. Front desk was bilingual, a plus, and Marina went out of her way to give us the best service and contact an hotel downtown to hold our luggage after check out on Sunday, while we visited the magnificent mile before embarking in our return flight in the evening.

This is our 2nd time staying this hotel, and we had a nice experience. Location is about 5-10 minutes away from MDW, and 10-15 minutes away from downtown Chicago. Rooms are nice and spacious for what we were there for. You can also get to TGIFridays within the hotels which is also a plus.

Good Hotel for a night

Good Hotel, but lack of some perks like courtesy water in the room or free parking. I like the conditions of the hotel, but the bed were so soft, normally those hotels has adjustable bed, this one doesn't.

Very nice

Pros: Convenience and pricing
Cons: Have hand lotion samples in the room
I stayed here for the Chicago Marathon weekend. The whole experience was very nice. The staff was accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle service to and from Midway makes it easy to catch the train into the city. Overall I'd go back next time and do it again without hesitation.
