Just an average hotel with rates too high for the accommodations.

Two night stay - quiet & comfortable - no problems

Loud hotel room, walls like paper.

We could also hear every footstep and toilet flush from the room above (and they had kids running around and around...).

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you heard some noise from kids. We do try to keep groups on lower floors for this reason. In the future, request a top floor room as those are the most quiet. We also have rooms with balconies that really nice to have this time of year. Thank for staying with us!

Cons: Maybe a free breakfast.
Good overall. Front desk staff weren't happen during the check in time but everything else was good.

It took 30 seconds to check in with two different parties! This was a preschool check in! Very accommodating!

Friendly and clean

We stayed the night after going to the Arcadia Theater. It's a very nice hotel and worked wonderfully to get shuttled their and from the Arcadia Theater. Will stay at the Courtyard again. Very nice staff and a lot nicer than some of the hotels in the area.

Was not what I expected

It was advertised and a suite but it was more of a large room no microwave and the fridge froze anything we put in it There was no breakfast included and the staff on a number of times when we went down to the front staff were more involved in their own conversations we would wait as they would stand in the doorway behind the counter and talk to someone behind the wall House keeping repeatedly pounded on out door even though we had the sign on the outside door handle and onetime tried to enter the room while we were asleep but I had the inside latch closed quite rude and very disturbing Would not recommend this hotel and I will not be returning very unpleasant experience

I am sorry to hear that you had some issues with your stay. Our suite has a large sitting room, but also has a separate bedroom with a door that closes in between. We do have a microwave in both of our suites in the bar area. I am sorry the fridge froze your items. There is a small section of the fridge that has a freezer. If you put items too close to that area, they can freeze. For breakfast, we do have rates that include breakfast for one, or an entire family. You just need to choose our breakfast rate when making your reservation. I am sorry to hear that front desk was not attentive. We usually get wonderful comments on our staff. I am also sorry to hear that the housekeeping knocked on your door when you had your sign posted. I will personally look into that and see if it might have been one of our newer staff members. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
