Pretty good but

Came here for a birthday getaway & the hotel was very nice! I loved my room the bed and pillows were super soft. Definitely will be back when I visit again

Staff was not friendly at all. Not even explain the fire alarm. Not trying to help.

Quiet, no slamming doors and great bed

Stay here. Great value and I guarantee that you won't be sorry!

Wifi did not work due to maintenance issue. We had twice false alarm and we came downstairs and they told us false alarm but no one was there to tell us except when we came in the lobby. Second time we called and they said again false alarm. So it was disturbed by this.

Fire alarm troubles

The fire alarm went off twice, around 7pm and then again around 11:30pm when there was no fire. This was very frustrating. The hotel did give us vouchers for breakfast.

I would stay again.

The feel of the hotel was great. Great staff, room, bar, restaurant etc. Only problem was there were problems with the fire alarm system, and I was woken up once at 12am, and 3am by the screaming sound of the alarm. Also for a short while the WiFi was out but was corrected within a hour or so.

Alarms

When we checked in, we were told that the wifi was not working. The minute we walked into our room the fire alarm went off and we had to go wait outside for about 15 minutes. After we were allowed back into our room the wifi was up but the the signal was so weak it was not worth it to use the wifi. The bed was comfortable and after a long night and day of traveling my husband and I fell into a deep sleep. Everything was fine until the fire alarm going off again at 11:00 pm. Again ewe had to get dressed and leave our room. There was never any explanation for these alarms and never any apology. We would have to think twice about staying at this hotel again.
