The room smelled moldy and very suffocating. The bathroom fan wasn’t working it was stinking and the engineer came and said it’s gonna take some time. They then moved us to another room and we did, same Issues. The front desk lady was very nice, understanding and helpful. Which made this experience a less painful. And Expedia helped get a full refund since we didn’t spend any time there.

We stayed at this hotel after a Bulls game. The location is great, just of I-55, and the drive AFTER the game is just 25 minutes. The room was clean, quiet, and the pool was nice. Would stay there again.

Clean hotel. Great location. Big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion in the bathroom was very convenient. LAX at the front desk was very friendly, and extremely helpful at the check in. He didn't stop there. He recognize me by my name through out our stay. I will certainly stay here again!

Our room was very clean. However, there was not enough lighting. The sliding door to the bathroom caused a lot of noise in the middle of the night. The shower door did not stay shut and water got all over the floor. But clean beats all of that.

I got to my room about 9:00 pm. It was very noisy in a hall close to the room. The music was SO loud and people were talking loud. About 3:00 am it was still going on so I called the desk and told the man how noisy it was and he just said, “we’re having an event.” Nothing like, “I’m sorry…would you like another room.” I said there were other paying guests who could not sleep because if it and all he said was, “we’re having an event.” I got NO sleep that night. At 6:45 I was going to take a shower and there was NO water. I tried all the knobs but no water so had to wash my hair in the sink. Upon leaving I put my key card at the front desk and I told the man about the noise and water and he said….NOTHING.
I’ve never had an experience anything remotely horrible like this and will NEVER stay there or at any of your hotels and will tell everyone I know about the experience.

Hallways smelled like marijuana and room next to us was so loud that we couldn’t get any sleep. It’s an obvious problem since the hotel had ear plugs in room already
