Nice hotel and good location

Posted Jan 16, 2017
Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating to help us switch to switch rooms to a room with a king size bed. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Very good hotel! Would stay again

Great for visits to this area, super nice little clean room, very nice front desk people, great location. Easy to do valet parking, we just used the pay yourself lot which was also easy. Would definitely recommend this and would come back.

Thank you for the compliments. We strive to always be friendly and professional. The neighborhood is safe and exciting. We are glad you found the self park garage which is a close and convenient alternative to valet. Please come see us again soon. Thank you.

Nice hotel for my short stay.

Posted Dec 13, 2016
Pros: centrally located, clean, friendly staff and very helpful and attentive.
Cons: Newer, more quiet air condition/heater units. Move guest room away from storage area or whatever it is used for.
I was there for a short visit with friends. I was pleased that it was centrally located to where I needed to be, in a safe location, with plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Big thank you to Frankie for helping with what could have been a big difficulty for me. The fact that he helped make it easier to rectify and I'm very appreciative. The room was spacious enough, comfortable bed, and clean. The ONLY thing I could complain about would be the heater/air condition was extremely noisy, so much that I couldn't hear the TV when it was running, and the room was located right next to an "employees only" area that must have been the area where things are stored, cause there was a lot of noises at all hours. It would be better if there was no guest room near that area. Otherwise my stay was great.

Not for light sleepers

Posted Dec 13, 2016
Pros: Staff and Location
Cons: Sound dampening walls and windows
Location: plenty of restaurants. fast food, pizza, donuts, noodles, etc. 2 walgreens, 1 walmart, 1 target, 1 trader joes. train station is 8 mins walk
Overall, I had a good stay at this hotel. The staff were great and the location worked well for me. I had to take the Brown train into the city and it was about 8 mins from the hotel, and then 25 min train to the center of downtown. around the hotel, there is plenty of places to go. Pizza, Noodles, Wings, McD, Trader Joes. There are plenty of choices. The only unfortunate thing is the street noise. My room was right on the corner of a 5 way intersection. You could hear the cars are 5am in the morning and people yelling outside. I guess that's why they have the ear plugs in the bathroom. For the price and location, this was a great place and I will probably stay here again.

Great staff

I left 2 (yes 2!) things (one in room, one in lobby). Staff was super helpful in finding and sending to me.

Convenient location!

Posted Dec 5, 2016
Pros: Friendly staff, large room size, convenient location.
Cons: Update the bathroom. Lower valet parking cost.
Location: Lots of shopping, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby. Walgreens also within walking distance.
Great location! Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby within walking distance. The hotel staff was friendly. The room was larger than expected. The only thing is there is some noise from the streets, hotel provided ear plugs. The valet parking fee is $45.

No shower for you

Posted Dec 4, 2016
Rooms in better shape than most new hotels. Very clean. Only issues were the room and room hallway are tight. Just a smaller old world size rooms. No shower for you unless you like pure hot water or pure cold. Everyone that stayed at hotel said the same thing. There was no blending of the cold and hot water. I would have the hot water open all the way and just turn on the cold water a tune little bit and the hot water disappeared.

Nice hotel.

Days Inn is in a very nice location. Close to so many things. It was really nice to just go for a short walk and have everything just steps away, from shopping to dining and entertainment.
