Misleading Rooms

I've stayed at this hotel a few times and everything seems to be ok minus the occasional marijuana smell from bad guests. Aside from that, I rented a "suite" which I consider to be very misleading information with regards to booking. I'd recommend renting a regular room and saving yourself a few dollars. The only difference between a suite and a regular is that the suite has a couch in it and is a bigger room with a refrigerator and a microwave. It's basically a standard "bigger room."

The comforter was dirty looking the furniture had spots all over like there were spills from years ago just tacky

While the staff was super friendly, the photos for hotel were clearly old. The rooms need updated. The carpet was gross and thr shower curtain rod was broken, yet worked. A little updating and this place would be great.

Nice Hotel

My experience at this hotel was great. The only thing that negatively impacts this hotel is the carpeting in the rooms. I would go with something darker and or install hardwood floors. Other than that the room and the service was perfect.

Wouldn't visit again and front desk clerk was rude as well. Rooms were damaged, dated and not clean. Their so called king suite is a joke!

Clean, comfortable overnight

Some of the previous reviews were pretty scary but the location was perfect for my trip and the price was right, so I took a chance. The desk was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and appeared to have been freshly painted recently. WiFi was easy, TV screen was large, shower was hot - they have all the basics down. For an overnight stay this was a bargain. Not the place you'd go for a romantic weekend or anytime you planned on using the motel amenities - there are none - but still perfectly acceptable place to sleep on the edge of Chicago.

Nice hotel

Pros: Location, price, parking
Cons: Staff was not knowledgeable
Location: Many forest preserves if you like jogging or hiking, great shopping in Homewood, access to main highway
Nice hotel OK staff but should be more knowledgeable of hotel facilities. I was told by receptionist that hotel does not have a gym although it does. As a result I did not use gym until last day of my stay.
