Too much noise, way too much noise. Too many parties w loud adults and kids too late at night. OMG! Hotel smelled like Marijuana

Every worker seemed like they hated their job. Paid $15 for the worst breakfast buffet I've ever seen. Every other hotel with breakfast included is better than what they offered. For some reason all drinks have to be ordered with the server. but the server was on his phone or leaning with his back against the tables. so i didn't get my second drink until after i was done eating. then he hovered over the receipt while I was signing it. which is uncomfortable when writing down the tip. Pool closed earlier than advertised time so i didn't get to use it. Hands down worst hotel I've stayed at.

Great place to stay. The only item i noticed was a strong odor in the hallway, but when went it the room, everything was well.

My room smelled like mold when I got in. I got moved to a different room that was smaller because the same size wasn't available. New room had a shower handle that was broken. Hallways smelled bad. Other guests let their kids run around the halls screaming and the hotel didn't do anything about it. No breakfast. You had to have wrist band on to use the pool (even though you had to use your key card to get into the pool) otherwise you were treated like a criminal.

The property had lots of parking in the front and back. The front desk teller did not explain anything to us as far as check out, room number, breakfast, or dinner. I had to go stand in line to another teller to get info about the hotel. So my first impression of double tree was not promising. Our room was so clean and welcoming. Check out was a breeze. We enjoyed ourselves very much.

Very unprofessional and dirty. They have faulty electrical equipment that staff knows about, so they do a quick fix to get microwave on 1st floor working. I was told by staff it’s been like that for a while. The only good thing is location is convenient.
