I am very disappointed in my experience. There were way too many unsupervised children in the hotel running the hallways and screaming. I had to call the desk to make them stop. That still did not make them stop. I mean there were lots and lots of teams staying there. I was,very uncomfortable. The ad for the hotel said they had a shuttle service. I could not get a hold of anyone to clarify about the service so I booked it. Of course the shuttle did not go to the airport so we had to take a cab. 80 bucks later and tired of a plane ride there is no where to stay and wait because the children have inundated the lobby. No restaurants nearby and the "mall" was,supposedly across the street. It was across the street and a half a mile walk. The mall left a alot to be desired. People in general are rude and less than helpfully. The schematic on the wall of the hotel lobby showed Anthony's restaurant. When we walked around looking for it, we couldn't find it. When I asked about it the people at the desk did not know what I was,talking about and looked at me like a was crazy or stupid. It was insulting. The restaurant bar that was,there was uncomfortable and we sat for a while before we left because no one cared that we were there to eat. Room service was adequate and the breakfast bar was,decent. It would have been better if there was a,shuttle a good restaurant, and NO children running around! They should provide a,schedule for the shuttle so know when to go.
