Very bad service, and bad quality

This was the worst stay I have ever had at any hotel.
The room that I have booked was for three persons, I was given a room with one king bed with no sofa bed or extra bed in it !! The front desk staff did not inform my any details about the complimentary breakfast which is included with my reservation and she did not give me the vouchers that you need to have in order to eat (otherwise you would have to pay 13 dollars per person). From the moment I entered the room, I found left over food inside the fridge (pizza box !!) and few spots on the sheet !! there was no enough towels for three persons. Next day, i asked the front desk to have extra towel, he provided me with a towel, then I found multiple brown spots on it and was so dirty , I went back again to the front desk and showed him what he gave to me, he laughed and did not apologize, then he gave me another one. When we went for breakfast, the waitress came with a check (42 dollars to pay), I went to the front desk and told her that this should be included with my reservation, she said yes it is, then she realized that I was not given any vouchers, so she gave three to me finally............. for sure I would not stay in this hotel, and will never consider double tree hilton for my reservations in future........
