Never againPosted Aug 9, 2015
Pros: Staff was okay
Motel was dirty and air conditioning in room sounded like it was going to explode. Beds were uncomfortable. No ice machine in working order. Had to go out to buy ice. Vending machines were out of order. Hot tub was empty. Staff was pleasant, Pool was basic but nice. I would not stay here again or recommend it.

awful experience!Posted Aug 5, 2015
The hot tub 'hasn't worked in years' according to staff, despite the pics! the air conditioning wasn't working in any of the rooms. The wifi only worked in the main lobby. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I had booked 2 nights but left after the first and found a MUCH better hotel for just $25 more!

Waited an hour for the airport shuttle.Posted Jul 23, 2015
Arrived late at night. Woman at desk moved at a snail pace. Airport shuttle only operates on the hour in the morning. Adequate for a quick night.

Hotel is significantly over rated.Posted Jul 23, 2015
Pros: Nothing that would bring me back.
Cons: Too many things to write about. Service at all levels needs immediate attention.
Location: Convenient to the airport.
When we returned to our room the second night around 10 PM, we couldn't get into our room because our keys would not work. When I went to the get the keys reset, the night clerk had an attitude that was "OK, so what.". When I got back up to my room we went in to find that our room had not been made up. No fresh towels, beds weren't made, etc. I had rented 3 rooms the connecting room had been made up as well as the third room. I went back down to the desk and ask why our room had not been made up. I got the "Ok, I can't do anything about it". In other words, she didn't care. The next morning we found that none of the ice machines worked and the showers didn't have hot water. The air conditioning in the 3 rooms was almost non-existent. We had to run them on high full blast all of the time to get any cooling at all. We were there for 5 nights, and we had to get replacement keys every night for our room. The last night we were there we came back to find that the cleaning staff took one of the pillows and one of the towels from our room leaving us short. The last morning we had to take cold showers to get on the road. The staff needs serious customer service training. Even though it says free breakfast, it is very limited. All in all, it was an unpleasant experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. At 2.8 you have this hotel way over rated.

Never knew checking in could be so difficultPosted Jul 17, 2015
Pros: Not much.
Cons: The check in process.
We arrived at around 11:30pm and waited for about 20 mins to check in. They were unable to find our reservation made through expedia, but she gave us a room anyways. The receptionist seemed pretty flustered. Turns out there was a good reason for that. We went up to the room. At this point it was about midnight. Our swipecard didn't get us in because the room was already occupied. The guy came out to see what was going on, and told us that this was his second room, having been moved from one that had clearly not been cleaned (there was poo in the toilet). The shower in his new room had no hot water. We went back down to the front desk and were assigned another room. When in the elevator back up, I was chatting with another guest and learnt that we had both been assigned the same room. Again, I went to the front desk. This time the receptionist led me and a troop of unhappy guests to find unoccupied rooms. To my utter surprise, she began knocking on and opening doors to see if the rooms were occupied. This was a little after midnight!! In the end, we did get a clean room but not until about 1pm.

Cheap is not always betterPosted Jul 11, 2015
The hotel front desk staff acts like you are an inconvenience to them. They are rude and look board. The breakfast was pathetic and un-sanitary. It looks like the last time the hotel was updated, around 1982, was the last time it was cleaned. The shuttle service was terrible and never on time.
