It took a half hour to check in. When i arrived at 6pm I was told there were no clean rooms available. It took the clerk several phone calls and help from another employee to find a clean room. When i got to the room, it was far from clean. I was to tired to deal with trying to change room. While the building looks new from the outside the rooms are very dated and in poor condition. I will not stay here again

(a) After booking the room through Expeida, I received a message from ESA that stated: Housekeeping Services: We provide complimentary weekly housekeeping when your stay exceeds 7 nights. If your stay is less than 7 nights, housekeeping services are available for a small, additional fee. Extra towels, bed linens, tissue, shampoo and soap are free upon request. However, at the hotel I was told that *no* housekeeping is provided for stays under two weeks, and none was provided. (b) ESA allows dogs in rooms. There should be room in which no dogs have stayed. Our room had a strong smell from dogs that prior guests had. (c) The parking lot stayed covered with snow that became ice, making it difficult and dangerous, especially for senior citizens.

There was no Housekepping service, they say it has an additional cost, plus the man at the front desk was racist and did not want to accept my ID (USA work permit) to check in I had to go get my license, the elevator is damaged and the temperature in the hallways is very high, it is very cold outside and when you enter it is boiling hot those changes hurt

Disgusting hotel
This is a disgusting extended stay. Absolutely filthy hotel. Cook top burners didn’t work. Kitchen sink didn’t drain. Bathtub didn’t drain. Room smelled horrible. Guest smoking pot. Guests propping back doors open and no one doing anything about it. Large dogs should not be allowed. I would like a refund. I checked out early as soon as I could get another hotel to stay at. Horrible to charge even one penny for such filth.

Area was nice and safe but hotel could use some upgrades. We have stayed in Burr Ridge multiple times, with a large group that covered our expense, so we were on a budget this time. Price was good for location, which was right next to a great bunch of restaurants and grocery. (Go to Patti's Sunrise Cafe for breakfast as it was amazing! Avoid La Cabanita, as it is way overpriced and quality has gone way down of the last few years!)Upon our check in, we were given a room that wasn't cleaned (not the check-in staff's fault, as she was shocked). So we were moved to another room which was fine. Bed was broken down a little, and room just felt dated, as well as the bathroom. Would pay the extra $20-$30 more a night for a nicer place next time. But if you are on a budget, this place works.

When I asked for a tiny bottle of conditioner, which is standard in most hotels, I got a snotty reply that I should bring my own. I wasn’t expecting much beyond the usual small hotel bottle. There were also no kitchen supplies. No pots, pans, anything. So I would recommend you pass on a stay here unless you want to bring everything. In my rating, oversold and disappointing.

Went to check in and was told they overbooked and did not have my room. I booked this reservation 3 months in advanced. When I conveyed this I was told " everyone has a reservation" the staff was incredibly rude. Additionally I was told my card would not be charged, but my card still was charged for a room that they did not have. And customer service is of no help and told me to call back in 3-4 days. Absolutely horrible experience.
