Valerie, the check in person deserves Kudo's for making our stay and check in fantastic. Your website misrepresented itself, as it showed that we had a handicap Queen size bed room. This Hotel does not have this feature, only has a King size handicap room. We were charged an additional fee to get this room on the first floor, due to the fact we had a heart patient that can not walk far. Please adjust your website to relect the correct rooms that are available at this Hotel. Again, if it were not for Valerie, we would have changed Hotels, and cancelled this one.
