Our room was not cleaned everyday. I was told by front desk clerk I have to schedule the day our room will be cleaned, fresh towels and sheets will be provided. We stayed one week and our room was cleaned once. I have to ask for dishes, and toilet paper. Easy check in and check out and accessible to mall.

Since we are an extended stay property, our housekeeping is done on a weekly basis to respect the privacy of our guests and offer minimal intrusion. Extended stay

No accomondation for the handicap no handle at all in the shower no chair for me to sit and bathe plus I was on the second floor

Fine for what it is

Fine for what it is, kind of dated but did the job of sheltering me for the little bit of time I was in the room.

Bad hotel

Broken items in the room and not the cleanest . Just wasn't to my liking. Had to cancel and check out same day

convenient location to conference

Pros: location as I only had to walk a short distance to a restaurant as well as to the hotel (1/2 mile away) for my 3-day conference.
Cons: it was noisy with celebrants coming in late from graduation parties. I know the police were called to disburse the teenagers who had been drinking.
Location: shopping/dining nearby.
I attended a 3-day conference at another hotel which was 1/2 mile away, so walking was doable. Also it is in a shopping center so it was convenient to make purchases for meals (wine) and other necessities. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable with a mini-kitchen. I was able to purchase meals at a Chik-Fila nearby and bring the meal in and even warmed up the leftovers in the microwave next day. The staff was very nice and I especially enjoyed the young lady who worked overnight. We connected and shared interests. The continental breakfast was pleasant enough with coffee, mini-muffins and snack/granola bars as well as oatmeal.

Hotel close to Oakbrook

Pros: Not a whole lot.
Cons: Mold in tub in bathroom could be cleaned.
Was very disappointed in stay. Found out that we were an "extended" stay of 2 days they did not make up beds for 2 nite or bring clean towels. Room lacked kleenex. Also it was advertised as Continental breakfast was served-it was more a grab and go )muffins, coffee,energy bars and oatmeal. Absolutely no juices or milk or cold water. Also no fruit. You get what you pay for.

Lucky in Lombard

Pros: The hotel is in a convenient location and easy to get to.
Cons: This hotel is going to need to get refreshed sooner than later. Feels very outdated and stuck in the 80's.
Location: Location is great and easy to get to.
I was in Lombard for an event and thought I would easily get a hotel but that turned out not to be true. My top two choices were booked and this Extended Stay was the only place left. I think the price was reasonable. Unfortunately, there were some loudmouth people partying until 3AM on Friday night. There was something on the inside of my bed cover that looked kind of nasty. I ended up sleeping with my clothes on because that made me feel the bed wasn't clean. I didn't ask for a new cover as I was tired and it was late. The room is definitely no thrills for this price but the rest of it was clean and presentable. I was in a non-smoking room but it seemed like people were still smoking in there. The staff is very friendly and you can tell they are doing the best they can with what they have. In the end, I was thankful to have found a room for the night but would say this hotel is just okay and is about what you can expect for the money.

Needs a mopping!

For the price it's definitely a bargain. I'm sure the staff is under pressure to clean the rooms for the next guests, however upon walking in to the room you are in the kitchenette and vinyl floor which my shoe stuck to like glue! You could not have not noticed that as a housekeeper as my second step also stuck so we are talking about a large sticky spot. I immediately went to the bathroom got a washcloth and proceeded to wipe down the floor. The rag went from white to the color of mud I washed the floor 2 times to get to dirt off the floor. The bathroom area was a bit less dirty and the vanity area about dame as the entry way. Needless to say I kept my socks on. The front desk lady was nice and very quick at check in. Had she not mentioned the hotel was over sold by 5 rooms I would have called to get a different room.
