Good location

No a happy GUEST

My family & I was there to enjoy are last weekend of Spring break. We were greeted @ the front desk with a warm smile. The young lady gave us a room on the 3rd floor level & we were then greeted by several ants in are room. We decided to leave the room & go have dinner in hopes the ants would be gone. No chances of that happening, we were then greeted with several more ants. We decided to go to the front desk about the problem & the customer service was great. We was given an upgraded room on the 4th floor level, w/o ants, & a nice apology. Things are now looking up for us. Wrong again!! Somewhere around 11pm there was a loud party of people, dogs barking, weed smoking smells thru out the floor. And this loud disrespectful rude behavior went on for quite sometime. And let me not forget to mention the grab-n-go breakfast. We was more than happy to just leave & go that morning. Not to ever return back / recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible

The beadspread had dried blood on it abd when i went down to say something the girl behind the counter did nothing to make us comfortable. She did not even offer another room. I will never stay there again!

DO NOT STAY HERE

It was the worst experience. I will never go back there, unless I want or am high, drunk. I would also go back if I ever wanted to get the experience of living in the ghetto. This place was disgraceful. I can't believe this happened in such a great area

Plumbing doesn't work!!

We checked in late so we were tired!! I asked if there was a bathroom close at check in, around the corner was a nasty bathroom that had overflowed and was not clean!! We got our room keys, settled in and my daughter had to use the bathroom.. The toilet was stopped up, when I called the front desk she told me to plunge it!! Still didn't work so we weren't able to change rooms til the next morning.. No apology!! Bad stay!!

It was ok once I was able to check in. However booking through Hotels.com had a a lot of miscommunications. One, my reservation was booked when rooms weren't even available. Once arriving to the hotel, I was forced to still pay full price for a another siZe room. Even though I was charged through the app, I still covered the full cost at the hotel. Yes I paid twice, & had a whole issue when addressing Hotels.com & the supervisor at he site. I would not book through Hotels.com for th Extended stay.

The hotel is nice they remodeled and the rooms are comfortable but if you don't stay there a long time house keeping does nothing for you. No trash no towels
