They've got economy down to a science. I picked this hotel to have the kitchenette, and free breakfast as a bonus daily. My boyfriend was here from NZ to visit for the first time in the U.S., and we wanted to use our money sightseeing, so opted for a hotel with kitchen so we could save money cooking at "home".
When we got there, the kitchenette had no supplies, just a card saying you can ask for supplies. After getting the kitchen items, I found that we still needed things (drying rack for dishes, dish soap, plug for drain) so it took multiple visits to the desk to get everything, and not all was in the best shape.
Free breakfast is coffee and prepackaged tiny muffins. Barely meets the "continental breakfast" label, as most hotels at least give you fresh pastry.
Finally, they only clean the room 1 time in 7 days. Since I was there 14 days, we got our room cleaned once. You had to bring your dirty towels to the desk and exchange them for new.
Had I known it was going to be so basic, I would have saved money on a room and not gotten a hotel with a kitchenette, and would have opted for the free elaborate breakfasts other hotels had, for much cheaper. We cooked dinner twice, and with the poor supplies we were given, both times were a disaster, so we gave up after that. Economy, not quality.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I am glad you saved money by staying with us, but disappointed that our grab-and-go breakfast and supplies for the fully-equipped kitchen did not meet your expectations. Thank you again for your review. It would be our pleasure for you to repeat your experience with us in the future.
